EPF stake on UOA have down to 5.34% as on 23 Dec. With just 0.34% stake more, EPF will ease to be substantial shareholder of UOA. Tomorrow, will be last day of 2011 trading, expect some window dressing on UOA.

With upcoming Q4 result and likely declare dividend of at least 30-50% payout, UOA should have very limited downside rsik

Glomac have very strong balance sheet, low gearing, high unbill sale at least ensure next 1.5yr revenue. Share have been relative resilient compared other property stock, even after split, share price has maintain at least 80sen (1.60 before share split)level. Glomac could then consider low beta, dividend yield stock, good for buy and hold.
