A Good Start For JULY 2012 !!! :)

1. Sold about 40% of UOADEV from price ranging between 1.55 to 1.58. :) Leaving the remaining to sell higher. :)

2. Bought in CMMT at 1.52 and sold at 1.54. Contra profit. :)

3. It is indeed a good start for the 1st trading day of JULY 2012 but at current level of KLCI, i am a bit dilemma whether to increase or reduce stake ?? I guess i will opt extremely careful at the present day of state, any downturn could be possible. Even though if i do, i have to close trades quickly.

4. Good luck and happy trading. May the best price be yours always. As usual "LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK" :)

  2. hng,

When do you think POS will announce the 17.5sen dividend ? 2Q in AUG ?

    ReplyDelete
  3. horse

I think Pos will be announce its dividend by these week or next week time.

  4. hng,

    Thanks.

    Will monitor closely tomorrow.

DRB buy over 33% stake of Pos from Khazanh at 3.60 (prime land at the Pudu still waiting unlocking). Current Pos at 2.80, although already up bit since it proposed dividend of 17.5sen, but still have upside potential, breakout of resistance at 2.90 will lead to further up, possibly to 3.00. Pos and MNRB used to have same price level last 1-2 week ago, but only MNRB manage to sustain at current level.

I shall buy back WTK tomorrow at 1.23 level. if can't sell, then buy at lower price

WTK major shareholder keep buyback through open market, render support to share price. In addition WTK trade cum dividend of 4.25sen and expect good upcoming Q2 result should cushion further downside risk

  8. Hng

You are right. From annoucement to Bursa, major shareholders accumulate share at current level

FBMKLCI is pretty toppish . Once it breaks the Trendline , maybe we should stay a bit cautious. Last year after 1st week ,FBMKLCI broke the Trendline and subsequently descended until September .
I am cautious . But UOADEV looks like a breakout play. Upside is good , provided market stays good tomoro. Your thoughts please.

  11. Sold Kulim-CE at 20.5 for quick contra gains

  12. Alwayswin111

Today is last trading day for Kulim-CE,adn third day for price calculation( 1st day 4.70,2nd day 4.62). If can get 19cts today, should be quite safe.Or wait till 4.50pm for Kulim's closing price. If Kulim close 4.60 or above,19.5 cts is safe as well but I would prefer 19 cts.I still worry about last minute price manipulation

  19. Reason from Maybank is Stock Buy suspended. Means Pos suspended from trading??

    ReplyDelete
  20. Dare not enter to buy again.Worry my order will be matched twice

    ReplyDelete
  21. Called Maybank Investment. They told me limit to trade POS is full.(but I am using cash account). They have to manually lift the limit for me to trade.I have to wait for 2-3 mins.Hope POS price will not jump next 2 mins

    ReplyDelete
  22. It is now done. Bought POS at 2.81

    ReplyDelete
  23. Bought more Pos at 2.81, Pos now is my biggest stake in portfolio, more than half holding now..

    ReplyDelete
  24. Teng

You also buy Pos? join me and horse together :)

Every bank have their limit in stock exposure. Pos over limit mean a lot of Maybank client buy Pos, till it hit limit. It could manually adjust to reset limit if client insist to buy Pos again.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Cresndo continue upward after i've sold off my stake, again can't reap higher paper profit, but swap my margin to increase my stake in Pos

    ReplyDelete
  26. Hng

But POS volume is not that huge at all,4k lots so far.Staff at Maybank told me about 10% limit ( against what??)

  28. So much conviction on POS here...
Bought some at 2.68 2 weeks ago, now add more at 2.82. Divvy will be announced after AGM...

    ReplyDelete
  29. Teng

The 10% limit refer to their particular stock exposure under their overall stock portfolio as a measure to limit their risk. Take example, a lot of Maybank client under their margin account accumulate a lot of Pos, imply that a lot of Pos share are pledge to Maybank and Maybank in turn give cap value to Pos, often below market price. If the limit already exceeded, Maybank will not received anymore order from margin account holder, which also indirect affect cash account holder. Off course, Maybank at their discretion will lifted limit to higher ceiling and keep received order, after all Pos is consider bluechip and safe.

When come to realize profit, everyone happy. But investment journey is continue process, immediately after selling stock and realize profit, work has begin to find a new potential stock and repeat success again and again.

So, after enjoy our happiness, start work again: invest stock, wait for value to materialize and realize it

Any new stocks to recommend?Slow moving counters also never mind.I want to learn from Horse to keep LONG,like his UOADev

    ReplyDelete
  55. Hng

I first bought Annjoo in 2009/2010. Remember it was 1.50-170 level. So AnnJoo price still at 2009 crisis level.I understand AnnJoo like to keep stocks ( lots of stocks). When steel price down, they suffer a lot.

You reminded me of ex-colleague of mine who scolded his remisier( in early years we had to call remisier to trade) for giving him 'wrong' tips.I asked if tips always not correct,he said no. I just pity that remisier.Helping customer to make money,no appreciation from customers.Made 1 wrong advice out of 10,kena taruh kuat kuat

  74. Hi, just wanted to ask the sifu's here what's your opinion on Tambun right now? I know most of you have take profit already.

The announcements shows the director is buying more and more shares... in total, I think the past week he added 1% more of his shares at ~59 cents.

Director accumulating is good news, but how else should we read into it? Thanks.
