WOW !! MEDIAC On The Rock !!!



1. Congratz to hng !! MediaC rock !!! ^^ :) $$$$$ OneX as well ^^

2. MediaC-CA - Bought in at 0.20, sold all of them at 0.21. Contra gain. :)

3. AMFIRST-TR - Sold off all of them at 0.18sen. ^^ :)

4. IHH - Congtaz Tay SK !! Me none :( :(

5. POS - Bought in more at 2.80 and 2.81 respectively. POS just declared 17.5sen dividend, hope tomorrow will fly. ^^ :) Many of you here go in at the right timing, just right before it declares dividend. ^^ Congratz Tay SK, Teng, hng, tcg82, Buble Tea........   alwayswin you in ?

6. Watch list - POS, MediaC, YTLP-WB, HUAYANG, WCT

    LOL.I queue to sell some POS at 2.85( queue before 9am),and it was matched at 2.86. I wanted to cancel my queue but Maybank system unstable,and I can't buy/sell/cancel between 8.45am-9am

    Happy anyway

  8. OSK property is going to announce its right + bonus very soon. Based on 1 right share, subscribe at RM 1.00 for every 10 exiting share + entitle 3 free warrant, exercise price at RM 1.00 + 2 bonus share.

  9. Based on OSK property Q1 result, EPS = 6.45sen, annualized EPS at 25.8sen, trading at PE of 5x, dividend yield at 7.6% based on payout 40% of 10sen dividend.

  11. can OSK property replicate tambun? Both have fund raising and high dividend payout.

    Ex-right, OSK property annualized will diluted by 30% to 18sen, dividend at 7sen and based on ex share price of 1.08, OSK property still trading below PE 6x and yield of 7%

    If next time you encounter such problem like can't buy/sell/cancel, always call back to Maybank investment bank to ask them change manually for you.

    1 more question-From OSKProperty annual report,OSK Holding own no share in OSKProp.So OSKH and OSKPro are sister companies that majority owned by Ong?

    OSK property used to be property arm of OSK, but already divest through share dividend to OSK shareholder, in which Ong entitle about 23% stake in OSK property. Therefore, OSK property ease to be subsidiary of OSK. Last year, Ong launched the conditional take over offer to other OSK property shareholder at 87sen, and raise it stake to as much as 64% now.

    Understand now. I did remember Ong( or at that time I thought OSKH)offere to take over OSKProp. So Ong decided to maintain listing status of OSKProp.Next 2-3 years,progressive billing will come in.I know their launch at ex Atria shooping mall were fully sold during( or before) launch. Not sure about their sales status for Cyberjaya

    OSK property has unbilled sale of 8 billion, ensure next 2-3 year earning visibility. Its cyberjaya sale already reached more than 70% take up rate. The good point is that OSK property have very generous dividend record, 7% yield should have no problem.

    Property that are under my radar screen are PJd and KSL.
