Worse scenario,if MM want to play dirty and oush price down to 3.45 next two days,it is still 16.38 cents. So quite confident we can make some money on this

ReplyDeleteYOu need to first open an online account that give the lowest brokerage fee like 0.1%, 0.038% etc..
Source it from all the investment banks, currently 0.1% cash upfront is what mostly using. Ask CK, he maybe able to provide more detail.
Once you have this you will be able to achieve this even profit with 0.5sen.
You need to set up an excel table to calculate all the buy sell cost, see if you make any money.

ReplyDeletePJD last warrant WB also have 10 lifespan, but eventually failed to exercise (RM1.20)due to out of money. Current warrant WC was so of extension as it offer last WB to exchange into current WC, but at lower exercise price of RM 1.00.
I have the feeling that company that issue warrant for 10year lifespan mainly to retain their option to increase stake in future instead of to meet the need of company itself to raise capital.

ReplyDeleteJump queue only can be done during last 5min bidding time or early morning before market open. You can look at the buyer/seller volume during this period and you can place buy/sell price at higher/lower but below the buyer/seller volume.

ReplyDeleteCK - you try to explore today during the 5mins bidding time by just placing a buy/sell at a higher/lower price but just cancel before the 5mins lapse, then you will understand. Remember MUST cancel before 5mins (pre-close/open) lapse else your intended buy/sell will be matched.

I had experience match price is higher than my queue sell price. But my friend said he also made mistake,but HL Investment automatically adjusted his buying price lower
This was during normal trading hour ( 9-12.30,and 2.30-4.45pm)
Most of the time,my queue sell price matched higher but during 4.45-4.50 period

ReplyDeleteYou will notice some vol done in pink color. These are buy up or sell down much higher or lower price. In your scenario, those q sell at 1.01 will get matched at 1.02 if the buy vol of 1.02 is more than 1.01 and touches 1.02's.

今年，两家槟城产业公司———玮力产业集团（IVORY，5175，主板产业股）和恒大置地（TAMBUN，5191，主板产业股），不约而同的进行了附加股计划。
玮力产业主要是放眼槟州世界城（Penang World City）的10亿令吉发展计划，所以建议1配1附加股（售价55仙），附送1凭单和0.25红股，募资约1亿令吉。
股息南辕北辙
而恒大置地则建议5配2附加股（售价50仙）送1凭单，募资4420万令吉，充当旗下珍珠城（Pearl City）等发展资金。两者的附加股数月计划都已完成。
如今事隔数月，回来观察两者表现，似乎珍珠闪闪发亮，比世界更容易掳获人心。
我们从表一来看看。
不但如此，恒大置地的凭单行使价才60仙，己经到价；玮力产业的凭单行使价75仙，离到价还远著呢。
在股息政策方面，两家公司也是南辕北辙，恒大置地计划将40-60%的净利充作股息，眼前就有3.8仙的净股息要除权，约6%周息率。
而玮力产业资金都用来大力发展旗下计划，看来是没考虑股息派发，这让期望有股息的投资者却步。
我们的组合“不小心”选了玮力产业，看来要在短期追上恒大置地的表现，并非易事。
恒大置地的半年业绩率先出炉，约2000万的净利更胜去年1100万，股息甚让人期待，看来它将崛起为新一代产业实力股。
而玮力产业是否另劈途径，酌量成为产业界的高成长代表，胥视未来几季的成绩。
其即将公布的第二季度报告，预料会先带来佳音。
事缘玮力产业附加股的建议，还包括了一项收购子公司的计划。随着这项收购完成，公司将会有一次过的特别盈利约3000万令吉（约每股7仙），源自负商誉（negative goodwill），在本季度进账，正式掀开其高盈利的序幕。
除此之外，玮力产业将其丹绒马林的地皮以3800万令吉脱售，获利千万，以集中火力于槟州世界城，也将会公司进一步带来盈利和现金流。
槟州世界城还未推出市场，不过，我们从玮力产业的部署，以及其凭单的高溢价，大致上可以知道公司未来发展的路线图。所以，上周我们决定买入18000张玮力产业凭单（21.5仙），凑足5万张。
