1. WCT-WB - In out, in out, in out, that is the way to get orgasm !!! ^^ Just joking ^^ Exercise price readjust to 1.85. Mother must be steady to get good discount of WB. 2.38 - 1.85 = 0.53sen. Current WB stood at 0.385. Thus, (0.385 - 0.53)/2.38 = 0.06, in pecentage, the premium stood at -6%. This figure indeed still a big gap/discount there. ^^ Continue to scalp tomorrow. ^^ Ya Gark, there may be risk involve when send to conversion as it took 2 weeks to come back. :( By time it come back mother may have subsided but i think need to act fast, got to send it right away to fight for the time if really want to earn the difference. ReplyDeleteFrankly, i'm now prefer SP setia private placement and hope it can fixed the issue price as soon as possible. Based on average price and discount of 7%, it could fixed price at around 2.80.
As long as the fixed price is lower than exercise price of 2.99, it could lead to adjustment in exercise price either match its private issue price of 2.80 or even lower in accord to Deed and Poll and guided in its circular page 12.

but the 2 weeks long wait may have some risk there, luckily the premium is at -6%, so you might watse you effort after gotten the shares, mother price may be on par with you conversion price, end up back to square, if mother price move up further, you will be the lucky one. ^^ Good Luck.

Sp setia-WB perfrom very much depended on successful rebound in SP setia. As the gearing is very high, every 1% increase in SP setia will give rise to almost 20% gain in WB, much more higher than WCT, WCT-WB

SP setia may delay its private placement as it already granted approval from Bursa to extent dateline for it to compliance public spreading.
ReplyDeleteSP setia itself also state that its private placement is expect to complete by Q1 2013, which is management strategy to rectify public spreading issue.
Based on the Record of Depositors as at 30 November 2012, the Company’s public spread is 20.8% with 4,257 public shareholders holding not less than 100 ordinary shares of RM0.75 each in the Company (“S P Setia Shares”). As such, the Company is not in compliance with the public spread requirement pursuant to Paragraph 8.02(1) of the Main Market Listing Requirements (“Required Public Shareholding Spread”).
Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (“Bursa Securities”) has, vide its letter dated 10 December 2012, approved the Company’s application for an extension of time of six (6) months from 18 December 2012 to 18 June 2013 to comply with the Required Public Shareholding Spread.
On 23 November 2012, the Company had announced that the shareholders of the Company have approved the ordinary resolution in relation to the proposed placement of new S P Setia Shares representing up to 15% of its issued and paid-up share capital (“Placement”).
