MKLAND My New Club ^^

1. MKLAND - Bought in MKLAND at 0.335sen. ^^ Good Lcuk All.

2. WCT - Just gotten my converted units today and sold all at RM2.35. I thought i sold a good price, end up WCT run up further to close at RM2.41. LOL ^^ Will try to go in second batch for conversion purpose if there is any chance tomorrow. ^^ Congratz to CK, fast triggering the exercise. Well done.

3. Watch List - MKLAND, CCM, MBF, YTLP-WB, WCT-WB, ACOSTEC, UOAREIT

    Beware, WCT major shareholder, WCT capital has sold 3m share in open market at 2.31. With current high price, it could trigger more selling from WCT capital

    Today is good day.My trading today is

    1)Sold SP Setia at 3.21,bought back 3.18
    2)Sold Uchi at 1.20,bought back 1.19,1 cent profit is good

    3)Bought MK Land at 33.5.Lets HUAT together

    4)Bought back Keck Seng at 4.45.Should have waited 30 mins and can get 4.41

    5)Bought Acoustec at 63.5

    gwplast finally with ex-date for 0.58 dividend
    given earlier rise in Sep'12, it would be interesting to see if any(quantum) rise tomorrow
    congratz to holders but me zero holding. cheers

    Last few trading days Acostec volume is higher than FPI. Today FPI seems to have some volume.But FPI DY is not as attractive as Acoustec

    Ya, accumulate Acoustech share is much more easier than FPI. But the share price already move up slightly.
    I think more investor are aware of these cash rich, high dividend stock. Hopefully, it can surpass 70sen soon.

    which brokerage offers the best rate in Klang Valley with real time execution of orders. there are some still need reminsiers to execute even with online trading.

    Acosutech today got a lot of seller, keep sell at 63.5sen. I think with today purchase, portfolio have accumulate enough Acosutech just to become one the 30 largest stake holder

    I know Homeritz trade cum dividend of 2.25sen, which will be declare by end of the month. But, i need to cut down stock holding especially non-core stock to normalize margin account. In addition, Homeritz also already reach my desire profit 10%, so just opt to realize it now
