1. TMS - Bought in 2 batches, 0.065 & 0.07sen. Testing the water. :( Directors keep selling. :( Bursa just issued UMA. Will selling force continue tomorrow ? Hopefully not. All the best to the holders of this. Hope i am able to scalp on this.
 
2. GAB - Just declared 20sen dividend. ^^
 
3. ARREIT - DPU of 2.05sen. ^^
 
4. Watch List - TMS, GAB, ARREIT, ACOSTEC, YTL, YTLP-WB, CARLSBG, MKLAND
 
5. GSP - Earnings drop. :(

    I bought TMS at 7-7.5 cents. Hace feeling tomorrow it may see further selling pressure. Today director sell 33 mil. ESOS of 33mils all sold by director?exercise esos at 10cents but sell at 6.5-8 cents. Something fishy

    Right, something fishy.

    1) sell now, buy back later with lower price and make the diff ?
    2) sell all and keep cash ?
    3) company going into PN17 ?
    4) sell now, buy bigger vol at lower price and leaping the share price when time is ripe ?

    33mil * 0.07sen about 2.2mil cash.
    Probably this director trying to get back his initial cost of investment first, so now at no risk to him. :p

    Tan Ooi Jin - directorship in Takaso Resources Berhad and 1 Utopia Berhad

    Tms buy viewnet and pczone , both also in lowyat it company..

    1 Utopia also in lowyat..
    ingenco n 1 utopia brother..

    Were 33 mil shares disposed via open market?Both directors 'acquire' 33 mil share on Feb 20 via ESOS but sold on Feb 21 with 2-3 cents loss

    YTLP is terrible.. last qaurter free cash flow is 500 mil, yet pay 0 dividend... like this this stock heading to the drain..

    That is the intention. YTLP used to pay 10-20cents dividend every year.If YTLC to privatise YTLP,YTLP minority will compare DY for both companies.SO Francis Yeoh now make YTLP less attrative in term of DY first before privatisation take place

    Agree, with now YTLP no more dividend payout quarterly, it definitely lose to YTL with increasing dividend payout. The depress share price and desperate YTLP shareholder will finally lead agreement to share swap to YTL
