Sold All My STAREIT ^^

1. STAREIT - Sold all my Stareit at RM1.09. ^^ Further reduce my holdings. ^^

2. YILAI - Further reduce my holdings on this as well. ^^ Sold at RM0.845, but bought them back at RM0.84 and bought even more at RM0.83. Too attractive at this level. ^^

3. YTLPOWR - Closed 1sen higher at RM1.46. Seem like Ytlp is buying back at last minute and pushing the price up slowly. ^^ Hope tomorrow can go back 1.50 level. ^^

4. MKLAND - Getting steadier each day. Hope it can surge high one day. ^^ Mkland owns quite a big piece of landbank about 150 acres near Damansara area. I reckon this is a prime place and with current valuation of land, it will turn out a good profit in the near future to come hopefully.

5. Watch List - YILAI, YTLPOWR, MKLAND, STAREIT, TIMECOM, MBSB

6. Good Luck.

KHSB still suffer market uncertainty as it is awaiting the final S&P agreement to be signed. Political influence also is a risk ahead of GE result, which may lead to change in gov.

  11. Portfolio now concentrate on both Timecom and MBSB as wining stocks. Both are due to declare share dividend in species and bumper special cash dividend, respectively

  12. 1. MBSB:

    Final dividend 9sen + special dividend 18sen = 27sen

    2. Timecom

Share dividend: For every 25 Timecom share, entitle 6 Digi share. Based on current Digi share worth 4.72, Every timecom share will entitle shareholder RM 1.13 or as much as 28.5% of current Timecom share of 3.97

in other words, every 1000u of Timecom gets 240u of Digi shares.

I think Timecom should have no problem at all to hit more than RM4 as distribute Digi share is more than RM1 worth. Target price RM 4.60-5.00

  18. Hng,

WHY KWAP keep disposing TIMECOM share???

If the dividend in species is so good.

    Weird.

There are many reason fund manager need to dispose share despite knowing it is undervalue.

    1. To rebalanced portfolio
    2. To meet income payout for their unit holder
    3. To realize handsome paper gain
    4. To meet gov policy to cut down stock holding and improve market liquidity.

Also bear in mind, KWAP also much like EPF sometime make mistake and cutdown stake for unknown reason. EPF have decisively create selling pressure and sending CCM share to record low which is now rebounding more than 40%. Again no one in EPF take responsibility and accountability and as EPF contributor have no word to accuse them at all.....
