    Made 2 cents on IGBreit but miss opportunity to make 20 cents gains on Puncak/KPS.Anyway,Puncak/KPS/KHSB still gave me good profit

    Sold some Chuan at 49sen, MKland at 34.5sen, gather all margin line to increase further stake in KPS at 1.65-1.66 and buyback Puncak 2.17-2.18

    For Puncak, investor has waiting for more than 5 year, share price has bashed down severely due to overhang in water restructuring. If the consolidation in water can be done by next 2 month or later by end of these year, share price will unleash to back to its intrinsic value. Current share price just imply valuation of Puncak trading at 3x PE only, just too undemanding.

    Puncak upcoming warrant exercise price just RM 1.00, therefore its already in more than 100% money, upon listing, Puncak -WA will be trade more than RM 1.20 or 12sen gain/share is sure

    Puncak share also trade cum final dividend of 5sen TE, all in all 12 sen gain from warrant + 5 sen = 17sen return give rise to about 8% return

    Current Puncak annualized earning of 60sen should cushion downside risk. Its O&G business should become core earning once its divest all its water concessions. The sewerage treatment, Indah water from MOF is potential take over by Puncak as one of the deal in water restructuring for them to continue involve in water related business.

    I would advise we check all our trade/contract for all transaction

    This morning,I found out I was charged 0.6% commission by Mplus ( for intraday trade for MKLand). Already email Mplus on this

    Same for phone bill. Digi overcharged me,not once,but 3 or 4 times. I was charged mobile internet plan which I never subscribed.

    alwayswin - you must be making ton as well ^^

    tcg82 - direction still unclear for STAREIT due to impending Right Issue. Yes, DPU is declared every quarterly, the next one sometime next week. Hope it will drive the price up. 1.06 is not a very high price, very high chance can make money. ^^ Better take no action for now, switch to other REITs like IGBREIT, PAVREIT, CMMT & SUNREIT. Good Luck. ^^
