I always believe in personal experience. If you go to Midvalley, weekeday or weekend,it is always crowded. Just calculate how much parking they collect esp during weekend.

Sold some WCT at 2.53, realize contra profit

Horse I think they should distribute it back to kassets shareholders. However to be conservative I don't put high hopes of 1.25 price. IHH indicative price was 2.85 but final institutional price was 2.80. Likewise for igbreit i think a final ipo price of 1.20 is a better Price to calculate its fair value. (5240x1.20) + 2430 + (0.2 x 1000x670M/521M) = rm8975 or roughly 8.98 share price.
If based on rm1.25 we get fair value of 9.30 as a bonus.

The ultimate aim invest in REITS is for steady income. IGB REITs offer not only 5% yield but the most important is strategical location ensure 100% occupancy at all time and capacity to increase rental rate as well as capital appreciation through revaluation surplus.

With that, IGB REITs stand out as preferred REITs class among others REITs.

If Kassest manage to raise fund by offerring higher IGBREITs at 1.25 instead of 1.00, Kassset shareholder will not only entitle similar unit of IGB REITs but also will increase amount of capital repayment to shareholder

OSK property report Q2 EPS of 3.45sen '2x lower' than Q1 EPS= 6.43 is due to exceptional one lump sum management fees from Sutera Damasara.

These one lump sum amounting about 10m is cumulative management fee from last few back as it record retrospective fees deference based on revised T&C from 2% PAT to 3% GDV.

Going forward, OSK property will record normalize quarterly management fees at about 1m per quarter depending on progress billing.

  2. Thanks hng for the explanation. ^^
    Hope the market react accordingly.

I think OSK property should have good support at 1.00, with currently trade cum 5sen dividend, share could well absorb any potential selling pressure from upcoming right and bonus and warrant listing.

  7. WCT only RHB has sell call at 2.08.
    :(
BUT overall all rate BUY call and majority > RM3. Good sign. ^^ :)

WCT is still consider infrastructure & construction company (70% earning contributor), therefore, ability to secure big contract is almost important to replenish order book (similar to property stock have large unbilled sale).

With YTD more than 2b new contract secure + 3.5b outstanding contract, WCT earning visibility have further improved to from 2 year to 3 year

    ReplyDelete
  9. horse

RHB analysis based more on contribution from infrastructure and construction, which undermined potential growing up of its another two source of earning contributor, namely property development and property investment

    ReplyDelete
  10. Teng

It is very unlikely WCT or WCT-WB not to response to these biggest contract secure so far, worth 1b. If it do, mean something very usual to the market

    ReplyDelete
  11. Teng

I think based on technical chart, WCT share could capitalize on these newly secure contract to once again challenge its next resistance level at 2.78

    ReplyDelete
  12. Looking forward to buy WCT but my fund left very small now after taking MAYBANK in. :(

Hope there is great show from OSKPROP tomorrow. ^^

Then it will free up my trading limit. :)

  13. Surprisingly there is still so many irrational people buy into E&O-CA for such a high premium and it left 14days to expiry. :(

These people are really punter, willing to gamble in such high risk CW...? Few hundreds % profit if you are daring, hahaha.

u might want to consider this stk willow msc(0008) has a hard 2 beat yield of btween 8% -10% based on previous year's payout of 2.5/3.0 sen. Also it is net cash with rm 29 mln.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Teng

ASB, PNB, ASM, ASM2020, ASN, ASN2, collectively control 75% stake in MNRB.

It is logical to sell down some stake in MNRB, if these fund want to meet redemption or payout income to their unit holder

    ReplyDelete
  34. hng,

    also q to buy mnrb @297,296,295 !

Sometimes annoucement abt shareholding change is direct deal,or transfer within PNB group of companies.Reason I say so because total transaction volume in KLSE on that day is less that volume annouced to Bursa

MNRB although under selling pressure, but i'm look it as opportunity to accumulate these stock, as i believe stock cum dividend have limited downside risk. Expect its 17sen dividend to be declare by end of these month, which give rise to yield of 5.7%

    ReplyDelete
  39. cheeheng/hng
willow in my watchlist since may, good one, but low volume.

    ReplyDelete
  40. Bought MNRB at 2.97

If the news that Faber really secure extension after Raya, it will be big-big boost to the share price.

Last time i force to sell at 1.34, to take small profit, now with selloff of WCT-WB, i have capability to keep Faber till news materialize

    ReplyDelete
  48. horse

You must be happy too, carry faber at cost 1.32. With today, i joined you at 1.36, Lets laughing all the way to bank together

ASM = Amanah Saham Malaysia hold 6.73% according to last year annual report, But its keep trim down stake to 5.4% now

    Other fund holding MNRB are:

    ASB: 49.1%
    PNB: 11.7%
    ASM2020: 5.9%
    ASN: 1.1%
    ASN2: 0.3%

This is how you made your money. One article I read few years ago about biggest mistakes in stock investment. One mistake is keep holding stocks because current price is below cost, but sell stocks because already make money. I think until today I still can't overcome this. Have to learn how to cut loss

    ReplyDelete
  54. hng
faber, i think there is more upside. recent tp rhb 1.62, midf 1.71, cimb 2.34 & osk 2.34

  57. hng
was trying to add more faber, now 1.39 hohoho

    ReplyDelete
  58. Hng

    I did not chase Faber

When KAsset distribute cash+IGB Reits to shareholder,IGB will receive lot of cash being major shareholder?

    ReplyDelete
  59. Hng
I think your play is good. Sometimes we have to sacrifice some stocks in order to buy others. We must always keep ih mind how much we are invested. Never go overboard. For me in this toppish market, I will only go in if I have exited one counter.
I sold off Genting today , thats why I went into MNRB. Not that I did not trust your judgement earlier but bcose I still have Genting , I put a hold on MNRB.
Thats the reason I miss out on Faber too. Bcos I have funds tied up in IHH.
Hng keep it up... your play is good and safe.

  60. Frankly, ever since i bought WCT-WB, i can;t sleep well........ my paper profit swing from 5 digit to 4 digit and until yesterday 3 digit............Lucky, i get off all WCT-WB today, and manage to realize my dream 5 digit profit. I considered myself lucky enought as yesterday already decided to sold off all, but later buyback 2/3 for intraday gain and only today sold off these remaining 2/3 at higher price.

All cyber friend, please bump me up if next time i insist to buy any warrant again, wake me up as scarified sleeping time is utmost painful. I rather pick wining stock rather than venture again in warrant, even with smaller profit margin like what i did last few years, small and slow profit accumulate over time become big eventually........

Soon after IGBREITs listing, especially if these REITs continue up perform. IGB as direct beneficial will benefit and special dividend is very possible.

Tan Family control stake only at IGB level through Goldis. The only way for Tan Family to benefit is dividend payout from IGB level

  62. hng,
wct got ce expiring 30aug, so it seems IB pushing down wct last few days but contract news last night
wct got too many pluses to ignore and heaps research (esp you ^_^)
    think 29-30aug we can relook wct-wb (expiring 2013) or wct-wc (expiring 2016)
anyway not suggesting to load up heaps ;) cheers

    ReplyDelete
  63. tcg82

If opportunity arise, i will only think of WCT, no more its warrant. Can sleep well is more important than chasing profit

    ReplyDelete
  64. TCG82

WCT-CE exercise or reference price is 2.88.So issuer no need to do anything now. Even WCT goes up to 3.00,issuer only need to pay 4 cents to holder( ratio is 3). Normally all these CWs issued at 15 cts
