Sold My Carlsbg To Stay Sober !!

1. CARLSBG - Sold at RM12. ^^ Profit on this trade and entitle for the 5sen dividend as well. ^^ Free up more trading limit in my account. ^^

2. IGBREIT - This guy started to move strong today, too bad sold all my units yesterday. Hope to get back if slide back.

3. YTL-WR - Teng, i think you should sell YTLP-WB and in exchange to YTL-WR, by doing so your cost is lower after subscribed the right back to WB, provided WB sustain at current level :p. I have limited fund now, would probably skip this one, if there is chance might venture into WR, see how is my available trading limit this few days. :(

4. CK, subscribe to right issue is quite a tedious thing to do, probably you want to sign up nominee account and ease your trouble. ha ha ha

5. Teng, are you still keeping IGB ? A big 'dragon' today. ^^

6. hng, i get to know 'they' pay a heavy price on GG. Just hope that they are able to continue to stand firm after this.

7. When is the last day of YTL-WR? Next Wednesday ?

8. Watch List - YTL-WR, FABER, IGBREIT, IGB

9. Good Luck !!

  2. HI Horse,

Please check for me is it this type of form - that you download from bursa?

Or still have another type of form.

Not tedious for me. Problem is nobody know how to do it.

  5. Finally switch YTLPower Wb to WR. Sold WB at 41.5 and bought WR at 17-17.5. THis way I 'make' 4-4.5cents. Have to make money this way as I lost money on YTLPower WR and other counters

    ReplyDelete
  6. Used off all available limit, bought all YTL-WR at 16.5sen

  7. Hng

Aiyo, how you can get lowest today?

Anyway,my timing also good,WB now 40-40.5 and WR 17-17.5. I think both are oversold a long as mother is >160

  8. Teng

I have q long before market open, as i'm confident that 16sen is YTL WR support level.

  9. Hng

Have to learn from you about this

    Can we apply excess?

    ReplyDelete
  10. Teng

So long both major YTL-WR holder (Yeoh family and EPF) don't sell their stake to market, share should be able to rebound soon

    ReplyDelete
  11. Teng

I think it can apply excess.

    ReplyDelete
  12. Hng

I think YTLPower,wb and YTLWR see its strong support at current level

    ReplyDelete
  13. if ytlpower wb break below 40 cents

    gone case liao

    ReplyDelete
  14. Hope YTL-WR share is stabilize now, all the selling can well absorb

    ReplyDelete
  15. ck5354

It is very likely today YTL-WR volume can surpass yesterday volume (32% turnover), and if share price remain or even higher, it will imply that selling pressure is ease off.

    ReplyDelete
  16. Ck5354

YTL-Power WB share drag down by YTL-WR a lot already and most likely trigger by gap price offer by WR. Once WR delist, the pressure could be relief

  17. I did analysis last time regarding OR price trend.( but this was 2009 when Maybank,Axiata,Bstead). Normally 2nd and 3rd day you see selling pressure

    ReplyDelete
  18. hng i think you can sell and earn a good profit rather than convert

    ReplyDelete
  19. Teng

Now you can swap back from WR to WB if want :)

    ReplyDelete
  20. ck5354

I will opt to convert and apply excess, but today volume will have sell as it exceed my limit.

    ReplyDelete
  21. Teng

OR or WR trend can be studied ?! Wau, lets good if can master the art then

    ReplyDelete
  22. I'm more trust in fundamental analysis as it is back by solid data like EPS, NTA, profit margin and dividend. Use fundamental as base and technical analysis as time and price entry point

    ReplyDelete
  23. Hng

    WR at 18cts +20cts conversion=38cts. WB is 41 cts,so still WR better

Maybank OR 1st was >1,2nd and 3rd day 90cts.Forgot abot Axiata and Bstead price range

    ReplyDelete
  24. Hng

Me too. I don't know how to read 100days or 200 days RSI

My analysis on OR is not scientific, but based on 5 days analysis.

    ReplyDelete
  25. Hng

I search Tambun OR price for 5 days. 2nd and 3rd price was lowest. But first day price range or fluctuation is big

    ReplyDelete
  26. Sold off today YTL-WR at 18sen, realize intraday gain first

    ReplyDelete
  27. Portfolio can't absorb too much YTL-WR as it still need another 20sen each to subscribe for WB. Taking profit now also able to average down my overall cost holding

    ReplyDelete
  28. I believe YTL-WR can close higher today as volume pick up. Lets wait for better day ahead

    ReplyDelete
  29. Teng

For OR or WR, its normal for first few days to sell down as it consist mostly from those unwilling to subscribe, and stock will pick up in remaining day before ex-date as these are serious investor who really want to subscribe into right share

    ReplyDelete
  30. Teng

Yes, YTL-WR at 18.5sen, to exceed 20sen should have no problem :)

    ReplyDelete
  31. Sold half of YTL-WR bought today at 18.5.Need to preserve some fund in case need to subsribe ytlpower-wb

    ReplyDelete
  32. Hng

Plan to apply excess of 50000 or more.Do you know if excess given is based on YTL shares one own/hold like case of OSKProp?

    ReplyDelete
  33. Teng

The excess application are based on their holding stake and distribute prorated. It is unfair to other shareholder if one only hold 1 unit but apply 100 unit excess, right!

    ReplyDelete
  34. YTL-WR 19sen now!!! a lot of buyer q

    ReplyDelete
  35. Just now i also bought some YTLPower WB at 41sen

    ReplyDelete
  36. Hng

That is true.If it is based on YTL-WR,then ok to apply. But if based on YTL holding, then I probably apply less cause I have no YTL share

    ReplyDelete
  37. Teng

Normally, it is based on priority, YTL shareholder first follow by YTL-WR stake.

    ReplyDelete
  38. Teng

The gap between YTL Power-WB and YTL WR is narrowing now. As WR need time to subscribe and only list end of the month , WB become attractive now with hope it can rebound once WR delist.

    ReplyDelete
  39. Hng

So you plan to sell WR and switch to WB?I actually considering if gap become narrower

    ReplyDelete
  40. Teng

No really, but since i've sold off all today WR at 18sen, i swap my margin line to buy WB

    ReplyDelete
  41. Teng

I average cost of YTL-WR excluding today stake is about 20sen, so i'm still paper loss

    ReplyDelete
  42. Hng

My cost is close to 21 for WR.

Now there is 3 cents gap for WB and WR. Not going to switch unless gap narrow to 1 cent or less

    ReplyDelete
  43. Hope YTL Power lead the WR and WB recovery

    ReplyDelete
  44. Horse, Hng
If it is not too much to ask , could you let me know the list of fundamentally strong stocks that you feel safe to monitor for trade.

    Teng
Are you still keeping your Maybank?

    ReplyDelete
  45. Alwayswin111

Yes,still keeping Maybank that I bought in 1998 and 2008

I also bought Maybank OR and ceonvert to Maybank in 2009 but sold all

    ReplyDelete
  46. Next week YTL-WR should be able to perform better. Today volume just slight lower than yesterday volume, but share price start to recover with a lot of buyer still outstanding.

    ReplyDelete
  47. alwaysnwin111

I've about 150 stocks under my radar screen. But only part of them are actively trade in portfolio. The criteria to select strong fundamental stock are simple, just use screen to scroll and select high dividend yield stock and relative low PE.

  48. Alwayswin111

I like Pbbank for its prudent and good management. But at current price,I am not sure it is worth to buy. For me,I just hold
