Day Trades : IGBREIT & PAVREIT ^^


1. IGBREIT - Bought at RM1.36, sold at RM1.37. ^^

2. PAVREIT - Sold all at RM1.56 and RM1.58 respectively. ^^

3. Watch List - KPS, TIMECOM, WILLOW, PARKSON

4. TIMECOM - Hope can breach RM4.50 by next week. ^^

5. Soon will be hard to do scalping in REITs as most of them has gone up high. Will need to focus back on common stock.

    Hi Horse, Hng, and the rest of the seniors.

    Can i ask, what do we need to look at in picking a good stock which would surge steadily in the short, mid and long run.. As in, it goes up 2 / 3 steps, down 1 step, up 2-3 steps, down 1 step..

    And a good growth stock? Any suggestion on how to pick one?

    This year, i am looking into O&G and properties counters. But i do not know how to pick one and invest in it for mid to longer term.

    mkt very hot. Almost all lower liners are up.Retailers are jumping in,afraid of missing out,looking for laggards if there's any left.

    Last friday wanted to jump queue selling TMS at 7 cents,but sold at 6.5 cents.Suffer paper loss.
