Sold All My UOADEV :)

1. Sold all my UOADEV at RM 1.61 and RM1.66 respectively. Nothing left for this. :) Wow !! a total of more than 5 figure profit. :) Not bad not bad. :) Just like hng use to say "handsome profit". :)

2. Bought in WTK at RM1.26, try to go for quick profit on this. :)

3. I can't get into the system to capture the print screen for my trades today. I am going to lose my prove for this as the system will reset when the next trading start. :( Why are they keep having system maintenance during the weekend ?? Hopefully, the system is make available for Sunday then i will be able to capture them and post it here.

A Good Start For JULY 2012 !!! :)

1. Sold about 40% of UOADEV from price ranging between 1.55 to 1.58. :) Leaving the remaining to sell higher. :)

2. Bought in CMMT at 1.52 and sold at 1.54. Contra profit. :)

3. It is indeed a good start for the 1st trading day of JULY 2012 but at current level of KLCI, i am a bit dilemma whether to increase or reduce stake ?? I guess i will opt extremely careful at the present day of state, any downturn could be possible. Even though if i do, i have to close trades quickly.

3. Today, just signed my HP loan application and pick a car number plate for my new car. Most likely will be getting the car by this weekend. :) Yesterday, my cousin brother bought a second hand 5 years Toyota Camry cost at RM88K, almost same price to my new car, look new and pretty okay though. Big car will cost higher in term petrol and maintenance but you get to enjoy the comfort.

BToto to spin off Sports Toto in RM6b deal

Berjaya Sports Toto Bhd (BST) today announced plan to spin off its subsidiary, Sports Toto Malaysia (STM), into a business trust to be constituted in Singapore.

The group also intends to list the STM-Trust on the Singapore Bourse, SGX-ST, via an offer for sale and a new issue of units in conjunction with its initial public offer (IPO).

In a statement today, BToto said it would divest STM to the STM-Trust for RM6 billion, to be satisfied by the issuance of 4.43 billion trust units issued at about S$0.50 (RM1.24) each and some RM527.4 million (S$213.4 million) will be settled via the issuance by STM-Trust of a promissory note or bill of exchange in favour of BToto.

STM-Trust will also issue up to 460.0 million new units in conjunction with the IPO and the pricing would be determined via book-building process.

"The monies raised will be utilised to settle the aforesaid RM527.4 million note, to defray expenses of the issue and for working capital," it said.

BToto said it would also make an offer for sale of up to 540.0 million trust units at a price to be determined via the same book building process (OFS).

In all, a total of 1.0 billion STM-Trust units will be made available to institutional, corporate and retail investors in conjunction with the IPO exercise which will represent about 20.46 per cent of the total enlarged outstanding units of 4.89 billion.

On rationale, BToto expected the spin off to unlock further shareholder value in STM, by accessing a potentially larger pool of investors of non-Syariah compliant stocks.

The STM-Trust will be mandated to only invest in gaming type businesses and investments. It would be managed by a Trustee-Manager which will be incorporated in Singapore as a wholly-owned subsidiary of BToto under the proposed name, Sports Toto Malaysia Management Pte Ltd.

Maybank Investment Bank, Malaysia and Maybank Kim Eng Corporate Finance, Singapore have been retained as Adviser to BToto and Issue Manager and Adviser for the IPO, respectively.

Commenting on the scheme, BToto Chief Executive Officer Datuk Robin Tan Yeong Ching said shareholders could also expect to receive special cash dividends from net proceeds to be raised from the OFS.

The scheme would require approvals from both the Malaysian and Singapore regulators, as well as the greenlight from BToto's shareholders for the divestment of STM to the STM-Trust, which is expected to debut on the SGX by year-end.

The group yesterday announced to Bursa Malaysia its suspension from trading with effect from 9 am, today. The counter was last traded at RM4.25. -- Bernama

Scalp Trades Dated 30/5/2012

1. Sold some UOADEV at RM1.52. The lowest of today LOL !!! Seem there is no surprises on its earning, the only catalyst probably now lie on 10sen dividend. :( Try reduce my holding risk on this counter and take some small profit first. :) Will surely buy back if it ever dip below 1.50 again.

2. YTL Corp seems to react according to the good news and proposal and YTLP & Warrant continue to be pressured down. :( haiz... ytlp suffers the sell down could be due to the extension of the power purchase agreement, the WIMAX losses and the new investment in oil shale project. All these are high profile and eat up ytlp's capex in the long run.

Durian Jatuh For YTL Corp !!!

1. Jump queue sold YTLP-WB at 0.47 and buy back at 0.465. Make half a cent.

2. Yet another windfall for YTL Corp shareholders. Beside distribution of treasury shares for the ratio of 1:15, they also proposed an offer for sale of YTLP-WB at an offer price of 20sen on the basis of 1 ytlp-wb for every 15 Ytl Corp shares. YTLP-WB is now trading at 0.475. WOW!! more than 100% gain !! Just whack YTL Corp by all mean. :)

3. UOADEV's 1st quarter result just as normal, no surprises. More or less the same with previous 1st quarter. :( With this current Q at the EPS of  3.42sen, this would represent about 3.42 * 4 = 13.68sen per year. At current price of RM1.57 it stood at PE of 11.4sen. Basing on this PE for property stock it is more or less fully valued. No surprise indeed. The only carrot now lie only on the 10sen dividend. :(

UOADEV AGM Fall on 29/5/2012

1. Bought Ytlpowr-wb at 0.52 today. LOL !! trap now !! must be buying from hng & teng i guess. lol..... Anyway hope to sell back next week. Congratz to hng & Teng for profit on ytlpwr-wb and glomac. Good luck. :)

2. Greenleaf, i've explained before, in order to make reasonably profit on REITs, your buying lots has to be minimum 10000 units or 100 lots and brokerage must be as low as possible. It depend on which REITs that i bought. REITs like AMFIRST, SUNREIT, CMMT, ARREIT and PAVREIT i will normally buy 100 lots to 500 lots range. The rest only limit to 100 lots as they are not as liquid as the prior one. Disposing them could become problem if you hold too big lots.

3. UOADEV drifting lower to RM1.52. :( Nevertheless, they have announced that the AGM will fall on 29/5/2012, will hold on my holding till then and see how it fares.

3. Bought back YTLPOWR-WB at RM0.59, it was done in last minute where i placed higher by a bid at RM0.595 and it matched at RM0.59. :)

4. Bought more MUDAJYA at RM2.63. :) Yes Teng, it is due to the coal supply issue by the Coal India Ltd company that send Mudajya price down. I think it is a good opportunity to buy in as the local operations still fundamentally sound. It is this kind of negative news that we got the chance to buy in cheap else there will be no  opportunity at all. The India Government and CIL will find way to resolve this as this already become national concern and its dealing with multiple power producers other than Mudajya. Some how share investors are over reacting on this issue and extremely sensitive whenever there is problem cropped up in any case. In stock it is normal and it has to be in such form that cause the price going up and down. I believe this is only a temporary set back, this create opportunity for us to go in. :) WB's Greedy while everyone is fearful. Somehow this quot has certain truth there. Will continue to buy in more on weakness. Good Luck.

2. Bought more MudaJaya at RM2.72 but it went down further. :( Looks like it is now in deep of the over sold position, anytime should have technical rebound from current price.

3. UOADEV started to move and chalk up 5sen today. It should breach RM1.60 in near term. :) Still holding bulk of it waiting for further rise. :)
