Still In Buying Mode !!!

1. YILAI - Sold at RM0.84. Half a cent profit. Will buy back when it goes back to 0.83 - 0.835 level.

2. IGBREIT - Sold at RM1.40. 1sen profit ^^.

 

3. HEKTAR - Bought at RM1.50. ^^ Closing at RM1.52. Sitting on 2sen profit now. ^^

 

4. QCAPITA - Bought at RM1.14. Hope to make some profit from this. I believe it will go back to 1.18 level. ^^

 

5. MKLAND - Getting firmer. PBB's TP at 0.80 is too much  to stomach ? Going by 50% discount on PBB's TP, MKLAND would worth at 0.40sen ? Wait till next week and see.

Sold All My STAREIT ^^

1. STAREIT - Sold all my Stareit at RM1.09. ^^ Further reduce my holdings. ^^

2. YILAI - Further reduce my holdings on this as well. ^^ Sold at RM0.845, but bought them back at RM0.84 and bought even more at RM0.83. Too attractive at this level. ^^

 

3. YTLPOWR - Closed 1sen higher at RM1.46. Seem like Ytlp is buying back at last minute and pushing the price up slowly. ^^ Hope tomorrow can go back 1.50 level. ^^

 

4. MKLAND - Getting steadier each day. Hope it can surge high one day. ^^ Mkland owns quite a big piece of landbank about 150 acres near Damansara area. I reckon this is a prime place and with current valuation of land, it will turn out a good profit in the near future to come hopefully.

Cut My Holding On YILAI ^^

 

 

1. YILAI - Further cut down my holdings. This time on YILAI at 0.845. ^^ 1sen profit. ^^ but only partially matched.

YILAI - DY 8% ^^

 

 

1. YILAI - Finally, bought in YILAI at 0.835. ^^ With dividend yielding of 8.3% is just too good and can't be ignored. Keeping this long term also a good approach as, this is almost assure of 8.3% per annum. It is higher than FD, ASM, EPF and even some of the bond funds.

 

2. MKLAND - Congratz Teng on scalping trade on this. ^^

 

3. GAB - Closed at RM18.50. ^^ Up 4sen.

YILAI BERHAD Proposes 6sen TE Dividend

Yi-Lai Berhad is an investment holding company. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is principally engaged in the manufacture and sale of ceramic and homogeneous tiles.

The Company has been consistently paying good dividend all this while, with the latest 4th quarter financial result where it has registered almost double increase of net profit comparing previous 4Q. However, overall financial year end as at 31/12/2009 decreased by 10%. Proposing a 6sen TE 4Q dividend, this respresent a 7.7% dividend yield base on current price.

It is indeed a good longterm dividend play for one who opt or aim for dividend yielding. Earning has been steady, consistent dividend payout, a potential penny stock lower than RM1 and trading at around PE of 10sen. Should be worth taking a closer look while riding on the recovery of current economy.
