IGB REIT IPO Starting Today

1. PAVREIT - Bought in RM1.34 and sold at RM1.35. 1sen profit. :)

2. APOLLO - Take profit at RM3.30. Closed at RM3.31 not bad not bad.

3. IGB REIT - Will try my luck on this one. ^^

4. AFFIN-CF - This one enter the 3rd day for cash settlement. Current value stood at 0.1720sen. There is still 0.1720 - 0.16 = 0.012sen buffer before it end on the fifth day which is on Wednesday 29/8/2012. Very high chance will be making money on this one. ^^ :)

OSKPROP Right Issue Over Subscribed By 54.16%

 

 

1. OSKPROP - The Rights Issue with Warrants as at 5.00 p.m. on 16 August 2012 are set out in table below:-

2. AFFIN-CF - Bought in at 0.16sen. The current net worth on this Call Warrant is around 0.1733 as we enter the 2nd day of cash settlement. I will try to buy more with my limited fund available on Monday if the underlying share price remain steady. ^^

 

3. RCECAP - Aim for it 1.5sen dividend anytime soon. Bought in at 0.47sen today. Hope for the best. Taking a risk here as their net profit for 1Q has shrink a lot. :(

 

4. APOLLO - Price steady at 3.26. ^^ Will announce 20sen dividend soon but even with that, the ex-date is relatively long in DEC 2012 or so. :(

 

5. GAB - Beautifully chalk up 30sen today while pending for the propose dividend announcement of more than 44sen maybe. The actual dividend announcement will be around OCT 2012.

Sold All KASSETS

 

 

1. KASSETS - Sold all my remaining kassets at RM9.07. ^^ Will buy back if there is any chance. Will try my luck on IPO ot buy straight from the market when IGB REIT goes listing. :)

 

2. APOLLO - Likelihood that tomorrow will announce at least 20sen dividend after trading. Have loaded some in and join hng. ^^ Expect good result and send the price up further. ^^

 

3. KSL - Expect to announce its 2Q result this weekend as well. Hopefully there is 5sen dividend as well. ^^

 

4. AFFIN-CF - Bougth in at 0.16sen and sold them off at 0.165sen. Half sen profit. ^^ Affin-CH enter the 1st day of cash settlement. Average price is at RM3.5311, mean the net worth for Affin-CF is at 0.177sen. Worth to take in if 2nd day average price stay at 3.53. Keep close watch. ^^

 

5. HEKTAR - Giving right issue at 1.23, ex date on 29/8/2012. Listing of right issue is on 4/9/2012. Close watch as well. ^^ :)
