Scalp On UOAREIT ^^

1. UOAREIT - Sold at RM1.41 and bought them back at RM1.40. 1sen profit. ^^ This week should declare DPU. Price should inch higher. ^^

Hopefully i guess. ^^ The other day, i have a chat with my friend in a party who is one of the owner/MD of a KLSE public listed company (will not mention the name here). His company went into restructuring due to PN17. What he does is brilliant move i guess, he sold off all his company assets and lease back the company to remain listed in KLSE. In such move, not only he grab all his company's money by selling it off and also own back the company by re-leasing it back to continue business operation, some sort like REIT arrangment. ^^ Can see that he is very happy, company remain listed and he practically still in control with the company. ^^ Good luck to him.

The True Value of OSKPROP-OR

1. OSKPROP - Buying 4 batches, hope to get a quick profit here. ^^

2. OSKPROP-OR - Assuming OR is fully exercised, what is the true value of OR ? One Right comes with 2 Bonus Issue and free 3 Warrants. Estimated actual value of OR :-

1 Right = 0.98

2 Bonus Issue = 0.98 x 2 = 1.96

3 Warrants = 0.98 x 25% x 3 = 0.735 (* as hng pointed out that warrant a least 30% premium but i just quoted 25% here)

Actual value of OR = 0.98 + 1.96 + 0.735 - 1 = RM2.675

Will try to apply excess units. hng, may i know what is the chances of getting excess units ?

3. YTLP-WB - Something fishy on this ? Big buying toward last minute....

Simple & Straight Forward Profitable Trades

1. YTLP-WB - Sold all my Ytlp-wb at 0.595. ^^ Didn't expect such a contrast where mother price goes the opposite way of son's price. ^^ :) Someone expecting big show from YTLP tomorrow ?? Let's wait and see.

2. MSM - Still holding this, will see how it fare tomorrow before deciding what to do with it. ^^ :)

3. OSKPROP - OR will be listing tomorrow, with oskprop closed at 1.01 today, i need OR to be above 2.90 in order to make profit. Hope for the best. ^^ :)

1. Secure steel plate supply contract by mega construction project, namely extension LRT and MRT

3. Newly completed blast furnace commence commercial production in Q2 and contribute maiden revenue to Ann Joo

4. Input cost stabilizing namely scrap metal and molten iron

Continue to Bang on YTLP-WB !?

1. YTLP-WB - Sold them all at 0.605 and bought it back at 0.595 and 0.585 respectively in 2 batches. Keep banging on YTLP-WB, hope to gain most of it. Hopefully i am not wrong. :p

2. MSM-CA - MM plays dirty again, block huge volume at 5.10 last minute. This act make MSM-CA settlement value in limbo. :( Might not be able to make money this time round. :( Hope for the best on next Monday, the judgement day.

3. OSKPROP - Bought in 2 batches at 1.28 & 1.29. Ex-date will be on next Monday.

4. GOLDEN AGRI - Have sold all my Golden Agri at S$0.755 the other day. :)

5. GENTING SP - Bought in GSP at S$1.23 today. I think it is low enough for me to buy in now.

How To Trade Profitably - Part 2

1. MSM-CA - Bought in at 0.125sen few batches when the underlying stock stay strong at RM5.20 but again MM plays dirty by pushing the price back to RM5.15. :( Must be buying from Teng i think. LOL !!! I think if MSM stay float above RM5.15, i will be able to make half sen settlement. :) ^^ I took big gamble on this, wish me luck guy. :)

MSM-CA settlement :-

Day 1 - 5.19

Day 2 - 5.15

Day 3 - 5.15

Day 4 - ??

Day 5 - ??

Assuming, day 4 & 5 settle with 5.15 as well, we will have average price of 25.79/5 = 5.158. Strip off exercise price of RM4.5 (5.158 - 4.5 = 0.658). The final settlement will be at 0.658/5 = 0.1316.

Hope to make half a cent here. :) ^^

2. YTLP-WB - Sold all at 0.61 and bought it back at 0.60. :) ^^ Still keeping all the shares.

3. OSKPROP - Increase stake on Oskprop at RM1.29. Let's 888 on this one. :)

How to Trade Profitably ?

1. MSM-CA - Bought in this morning at 0.12sen and sold them off at 0.125sen. Half sen profit. :) ^^. Teng, you see how market maker make the underlying mother share to close at RM5.15 at last minute. This tactic apply to all Market Makers, they slash mother share price in contrast to make more money from their Call Warrant settlement. Very unscrupulous way of manipulating share price rather than letting the demand and supply to take it course. You notice, i am very reluctant to venture into Call Warrant anymore, only if it give high chance like extremely low premium (-1 to -2) else will not touch at all. Nevertheless, with MSM closing at RM5.15, CA still worth around 0.135sen, still worth buying at 0.115sen but beware of mother being whacked again till RM5.00, if this happened, holders of CA will be very much in danger state as CW holders will tend to make loss than gain. :( Be careful.

2. CMMT - Bought at RM1.62 and sold all at RM1.63. 1sen profit, quick scalp on this. ^^ :)

3. YTLP-WB - Went in quite substantial on this at 0.605sen. Hope to sell tomorrow. :)

4. OSKPROP - Bought in 2 batches, one at RM1.30 and subsequent batch at RM1.29. :) Take note Ex-date on 30/7/2012.

5. IHH - Hesitating to buy at RM3.02. Finally gave up. :(

6. WEIDA - Close watch on this, potentially making some money tomorrow. ^^

AMFIRST-TR A Preferred Choice Than AMFIRST

1. AMFIRST-TR - Bought in at 0.175, sold all of them at 0.18. Bought back all again at 0.175. Tomorrow will be the last day of trading, if unable to dispose with profit will exercise by converting all of them to AMFIRST.

2. POS - Sold all my POS at RM2.83 and buy them back at RM2.81. Congratz to Teng as well. :)

2. YTLP-WB - Buy more at 0.565 and sold all of them at 0.575. :) Congratz to Teng as well. We both make profit on this. ^^ :)

3. AMFIRST-TR - Placed at 0.175 but not able to match anymore. :( Finding it support at 0.18. 

4. MEDIAC - Congratz hng !!! Good pick indeed. Soar high and suspended pending announcement. Must be extremely good news. Well done mate !! :)

Continue To Trade Actively !!!

1. WTK - Sold all my WTK at RM1.23, escape without bruises cover the losses from the dividend. Break even effort on this but still profit from the earlier WTK's trades. :) Overall standing is profit on this.

2. CMMT - grabbing this guy right from 1.58 all the way down to 1.56. Manage to sell all of it at RM1.59. :) This counter really run wild, first being bashed down from 1.60 to 1.55 and it went up all the way to 1.62 and finally settled down at RM1.61. My biggest gain today on this. :)

3. YTLP-WB - First sold at 0.575. Bought them all back at 0.57 and more. :) Again, must be buying from hng and Teng i think. LOL !! Half a cent profit on this and more to come tomorrow. :) :)

4. AMFIRST-TR - Placed at 0.17 but nothing done. :( :( Look like it find it support at 0.18sen.

2. Half sen profit from AMFIRST-TR and YTLPWR-WB respectively. 1sen profit from WTK and bought back POS at RM2.80. :)

4. Maria, tomorrow is ex-date for WTK. Anything purchase for today will entitle dividend.

5. AMFIRST & AMFIRST-TR closed at RM1.03 and 0.175sen respectively. Subscribing to mother share from right issue will be at 0.83sen. So, 0.175 + 0.83 = 1.005. There is a 0.025sen margin there, will try to place my order again tomorrow at 0.17sen. I think it is quite safe at 0.17sen.

6. hng, need to ask you a question, is it hard to get loan after being a full timer like you ? I need to venture into properties when i step down from corporate line.

Sold All My YTLP-WB

1. Sold all my YTLP-WB at 0.51sen today. :) Placed buy order again at 0.505sen but unable to buy it back. :( Nevertheless, still in profit as my average price is at 0.468sen. :)

2. Sold my UOAREIT as well at RM1.37. 1sen profit. :)

3. Teng, too bad sold all my YTLP-WB already, hope to get it back if happen to dip back. :( The buying is very strong, i think going back to 60sen should not be a problem if given some time. Another thing on AMFIRST, i think they are proposing right issue soon. I am hesitating to buy at current level, i am still waiting for their proposal, so may not be buying at this moment of time.

Gotten My Car :)

1. First Sold my YTLPOWER-WB at 0.455sen but bought it back again at 0.455sen. Lose fee. :( Must be buying from hng and Teng i think. LOL !! The buying is very strong, look very strange, more likely under accumulation stage. I hope it will go beyond 1.70 in near future. :)

2. Just got my FORTE back. The car give reasonably enough power even it is 1.6. Quite responsive. I feel noise sound coming from tyre most probably it is due to low profile tyre 215/45/R17. When travel in low speed then this funny sound will not noticeable. Overall quite satisfy with this car though it is slightly more expensive than PREVE.

3. Congrat to hng !! Profit all the way. !!!

Durian Jatuh For YTL Corp !!!

1. Jump queue sold YTLP-WB at 0.47 and buy back at 0.465. Make half a cent.

2. Yet another windfall for YTL Corp shareholders. Beside distribution of treasury shares for the ratio of 1:15, they also proposed an offer for sale of YTLP-WB at an offer price of 20sen on the basis of 1 ytlp-wb for every 15 Ytl Corp shares. YTLP-WB is now trading at 0.475. WOW!! more than 100% gain !! Just whack YTL Corp by all mean. :)

3. UOADEV's 1st quarter result just as normal, no surprises. More or less the same with previous 1st quarter. :( With this current Q at the EPS of  3.42sen, this would represent about 3.42 * 4 = 13.68sen per year. At current price of RM1.57 it stood at PE of 11.4sen. Basing on this PE for property stock it is more or less fully valued. No surprise indeed. The only carrot now lie only on the 10sen dividend. :(

Bought BJTOTO

1. Bought in BJTOTO today. 3 batches, 1st batch at RM4.25, 2nd & 3rd batch at RM4.21. :( Having problem uploading the picture, will do so when the issue resolved.

2. Just make my booking on Kia Forte. Just got to know one sale guy, his offer is the best in town maybe whole of Malaysia. If anyone interested in getting Kia i can e-mail the contact number.

3. YTLP-WB recovering. :) Hope the mother share can stay above 1.70+.

Sold UCHITECH

1. Sold my Uchitech at RM1.22. Make contra gain. :)

2. Congratz hng and teng on your profit for ytlp-wb and mudajaya.

3. I guess ytlcorp has reached it maximum level of selling ytlp-wb. There is no sign of huge selling this 2 days. Most likely that it is. High chance ytlpower will go higher from here. Ytlp-wb fate depend on underlying mother share, hope the up surge of YTLP can further bring up the value of ytlp-wb.
