You remember OKA one of yr favorite previously. Declared 3sen dividend.
Yes, OKA used to my favorite stock, but since last year OKA volume shrinking, due to unexcited financial result. However, with 3sen dividend, OKA offer better yield than FD.

By buying OSK property-OR at 2.50, investor need to subcribe its right for another 1.00, to entitle total 3 share of OSK property + 3 warrant
Assuming, OSK property share price remain at 1.00, the warrant only worth 16.6sen, which is just 16.6% premium of newly listed warrant.
For your information, newly listed warrant could at least command 30% premium, thus, the intrinsic value for OSK property-OR will be 2.90 (OSK property share x 3 x RM 1.00 + warrant x 3 x RM 300)

I think i've accumulate enough OSK property-OR now, must reserve some capital for upcoming subscription of its right share.
I think gradually, market will realize the intrinsic value of OSK property-OR and start to appreciate it.
