2. No trading from me today :( My investment bank ask me what to do with OSKPROP-OR today. I told them  i will be buying more tomorrow. Most likely they will ask me again tomorrow. ^^

3. I have standby all my fund for IGB REIT IPO. ^^ Will be Sai Lang on this. ^^ :)

Those using investment bank can apply IPO?I am interested to apply IGB Reits as well

Maybank lagi jialat.Last week already called me about OSKProperty OR.This time I am smarter,tell them I let them know this wed ( that is tomorrow)

I was reading your old blogs( 2008)and see many interesting trades,including from Hng. Hng made many contra play on Sime( I bought in 2008 as well at 6 and still keeping it). I see you like to keep stocks that pay good dividends.

IOI stock plunged from 4+ to 2 also reminded me of how to make money during crisis. Still remember I bought 2.27 and sold in few batches from 3-3.5

Hoping high yield on first day listing on REITs will be very disappointing but if keeping them for sometime like 1-2 years, the yield will be tremendous. CMMT particularly can give almost 80 to 90% return after a year+ or so.
I will be keeping them for long term if i am lucky this time round. ^^ :)

Teng,

You spot right on there. Both myself & hng are on dividend play. We particularly on high dividend yielding stocks, at least this can cushion our losses in case of incident.

Those day i lose badly when i am on speculation. I was vanished and I stop KLSE for quite a while before returning and from there on i decided on dividend yielding only. There after i keep profit year after year. I hope to stand the biggest gain ever for this year as there is still 5 months for me to achieve that.

Acoustec used to pay 10-12cents dividend( price was ~1.10 ). Unfortunately dividends paid was much in recent years.Price now ~60cents.After holding for many years,I still losing money on this counter even I included dividends received

Horse, rather than try your luck with IGB REIT, you can get through with purchasing KAsset, at current price the cost is more or less the same as IPO. :)

IGB REIT indicative FY13 yield at RM 1.25 is about 5.4%.

1000 unit of KAsset will have distribution of 5420 unit of IGB REIT and capital repayment of RM 2,430 if my calculation is correct...

Initial, the value for kriassaet is based on IGB REITs issue at RM 1.00, which give rise to total value of 5.42 unit IGB REITs x RM 1 + RM 2.43 = RM7.85

If the IPO price reset at RM 1.25, the krisassest value will work to 9.20

WCT newly open paradigm mall in kelana jaya has increase its occupancy rate from 91% during soft opening in May to now almost 100% occupancy, just left two available premium lot, reserve for high end retail

Hng, you are correct. So horse can grab some IGB REIT at lower than IPO value and no need to draw ballots. :)

Personally 5.4% yield on IGB REIT is not attractive to me. :)

Hng, for the mall WCT's plan is for property investment right? They are not planning to sell it off later?

WCT looks interesting, but the market response is a bit lukewarm...can you share what you think?

WCT is in the midst to diversifying its earning base, its newly paradigm mall is expect to contribute 15m pa to its bottomline, or additional 10% increase in EPS. By next year, another mall, Gateway will be ready in KLIA2, which will contribute another 15m, or additional 10% increase to its EPS. Thus, investor can expect WCT to deliver at least EPS growth of 10% increment in these and next year based on contribution from its properties investment alone.

Its upcoming EGM, if approve will signal another big venture to KL (OUG) outside its stronghold in klang. These parcel of land acquire at RM450m or more than 25% of WCT paid up capital show strong commitment of WCT to build up its another earning contributor from property development, which have at least GDV 4 billion.

WCT current core earning contributor, construction and infra also getting momentum, so far already secure more than 1 billion new contract, namely HQ for MITI, Medical Central in Sabah, widening Plus highway. WCT expect another 0.5-1 billion to be awarded by end of these year.

With today additional stake in WCT-WB, my ranking already move up from 30th largest warrant holder up to 20 now :)

However, i also need to cut some of my stake in OSK property-OR in order to fully subscribe my entitlement

hng,yes i still have wct,buy n hold fr this one,can make more.Actually the yield fr IGB REIT is 5.10% only.Read that frm the prospectus dwnloaded.hng,thanks to ur stk picks,i made profit frm Tambun,Uoadev,Sapind,Pos

Sold some OSK property-OR at 2.70-2.71, realize handsome profit.

I have to cut down my stake in OSK property-OR in order to pick up all WCT, WCT-WB, subscribe OSK right share as well as free up some margin line for any opportunity buy

No trading today. Seeing you and cheeheng bought WCT and its warrant.

You are right.Paradigm Mall is doing well,considering it is new mall. I been there few times,and tenant mix is quite good( I still like Empire)

Tomorrow I may have time in morning to do some trading. May buy WCT or its WB. OSKProp-OR??Not sure to sell for profit tomorrow
