4. MPHB - Frist Q profit up 78%. ^^ 5sen Dividend. ^^. MPHB-OS will be listing on 30/5/2013. Hope the Right Offer stay above RM1 when it goes listing. ^^ Those that bought CW of MPHB last week is being hammered heavily as there is no adjustment in MPHB share price. It retreated instead and the CW price also reflect accordingly. At least 50% loss now. :p Pity to those that holding CW of MPHB. Hope MPHB rebounce and CW strike back to it level before ex-price.

Sold All My STAREIT ^^

1. STAREIT - Sold all my Stareit at RM1.09. ^^ Further reduce my holdings. ^^

2. YILAI - Further reduce my holdings on this as well. ^^ Sold at RM0.845, but bought them back at RM0.84 and bought even more at RM0.83. Too attractive at this level. ^^

 

3. YTLPOWR - Closed 1sen higher at RM1.46. Seem like Ytlp is buying back at last minute and pushing the price up slowly. ^^ Hope tomorrow can go back 1.50 level. ^^

 

4. MKLAND - Getting steadier each day. Hope it can surge high one day. ^^ Mkland owns quite a big piece of landbank about 150 acres near Damansara area. I reckon this is a prime place and with current valuation of land, it will turn out a good profit in the near future to come hopefully.

Scalp on STAREIT ^^

 

 

1. STAREIT - Bought at RM1.10 but only partially matched. :( Sold all at RM1.12. 2sen profit. ^^ Not bad. ^^

 

2. YILAY - Closed at 0.855. ^^ Eelyn, you are right about the ex-dates, they always announce dividend earlier but ex much later. :( However, it is safe to go in @ 0.82 and below, since can't get this price after waited for so long, just grab them @ 0.835. You will notice they have shares buyback this few days and the volume is relatively huge. I hope it will go pass 0.90 once 4sen dividend is announced sometime next month.

 

3. ALAQAR vs PAVREIT - Dividend, Alaqar has a upper hand. Liquidity, PAVREIT prevail. Capital Appreciation, both should be equally good. PAVREIT - Shopping. ALAQAR - Hostipal. I opted Alaqar due to its dividend. ^^

 

4. GAB & CARLSBG - Chalk up 10sen and 12sen respectively. Hope for more upside. ^^ Huat ARRRR....

 

5. YTLPOWER - Bought in at RM1.50. ^^ Look attractive at current level. ^^

Handsome Profit on UOAREIT ^^

1. UOAREIT - Sold half of my holdings at RM1.44. ^^ Realised handsome profit. ^^

2. STAREIT - Sold all at RM1.12. ^^ 1sen profit. DPU at 3.5873sen with 1H profit decrease by 40%. Will this a set back for STAREIT ? Will wait and see tomorrow.

 

3. ACOSTEC - Start to have some movement today. Closed at 0.65 is a good start. Hope to inch higher tomorrow. ^^

 

4. IGBREIT - Yes ! Closed RM1.39. Hope to break RM1.40 by next week. ^^ Sitting with big profit on this. ^^

 

5. Watch List - MBFHLDG, UOAREIT, STAREIT, ACOSTEC, IGBREIT, MKLAND, YTLP-WB

1. STAREIT - Bought in at RM1.11. DPU also very soon, likely to be this week. ^^

2. MKLAND - Make 2 rounds with half a cent profit. ^^

3. WCT-WB - Not worth converting as the gap getting slimmer. :( 1.85 + 0.44 = 2.29. Only 5sen buffer, not worth the risk. :( Can wrap up this one and put a side temporary.

5. UOAREIT - Still holding my units on this. I expect it move to 1.45 level as the latest NAV improve from 1.42 to 1.49 due to revaluation of properties. ^^ More to come hopefully.
