You are genius! manage to buy tenaga at lowest price. Have you sell tenaga yet! or plan to sell at higher price later?

Be careful! tenaga has just posted its Q4 result, EPS= -6.53 sen; cum: 59.87sen; proposed 10sen dividend. The loss may partly due to forex loss (ringgit depreciate) and higher coal price.

Yeah, i just view through the 4Q result. Will liquidate first thing in the morning. Many have viewed that TNB should reduce the tariff in view of the lower crude oil price. Wonder will this come true..?

Lets hope market will rebound soon. Europe market still trading at negative territory, all eye on US market. Too much influence from oversea that seem causing our market to response corresponding. Perhaps, it is what we called globalization!

I don't think traffic rate will lower, as TNB have subtantial debt and its main raw fuel material is coal, which drop just modestly compare to crude oil. This most important thing is get review electricity rate produce by IPP

in fact, it been like that, all this while but the sad thing is US down we down, US up we still down. I'm afraid this global financial credit crisis won't end so soon, this meltdown may last longer than expected, hope that i'm wrong.
about tnb's tariff , i tend to agree with u that they won't adjust it lower, furthermore, tnb's debt is in USD.
Question, i never play margin b4, if u were to bank in 100K to your margin account and let say your purchases as at today worth 50K, do u need to serve interest ? or u start serving interest only after u have used up your cash 100K, say 120K, interest charge based on 120K or just on the excess 20K that u have used ?

Of course, bank only will charge you 20k after T+3. The interest charge depend on bank, e.g Pbank charge BLR-2.5%.

hmmm, BLR-2.5%...quite reasonable.
