Oldtown has open 2 high-end cafe in China, and expect more to come. Oldtown 3 in 1 has receive very good response in China, expect greater penetration to gain bigger market share in China.
Oldtown currently trade FY EPS of 10.5sen, trade at fair value of PE 10x, but at discount to other B&F player: BJfood and KFC. Oldtown has dividend policy to payout at least 50% net profit, giving rise to yield of 5% nett.
Current share of 1.05 is also at discount to its IPO price of 1.25, give rise to limited downside risk.
Market tumbled follow regional and European market. Expect more downside tomorrow. Portfolio have opt reserve more capital and margin line for bargain hunt especially Malton tomorrow.
Abort my plan to increase stake on Malton as its just declare 2sen dividend (0.85sen less tax + 1.15sen TE). Dividend yield is just 3.3% based on today purchase price, much lower than expectation of at least 3sen.
You're expert in call warrant, should have no problem to find out potential stock especially if their underlying share rebound. Just don't over commit as market remain volatile
Portfolio malton already in paper profit thanks to earlier decision to double up stake to bring down holding cost to 59sen. Will observe market next movement before decide to take quick profit

I've sold off first all malton at 58.5sen, but manage to buy back all at 58sen, realize intraday gain
Decided to double the stake of malton at 58sen, to average down holding cost to 59sen

Agree, all regional market already pare down earlier loss, with some even reverse to positive territory. US future also pointing gain.

Miss the boat on kulim-cc. Placed 0.03c not done. :(
Bought Protasco at 96sen
Bought Uchitech at 1.22
European market remain volatile. Better opt for defensive strategy, pick high dividend and low beta stocks.
Bought ultramaximum Maybank at 8.19, expect Maybank to declare 32sen final dividend by this week.
