I also think IJM is attractive at current price.But as holding company,normally discount applies. CPO price is on uptrend,IJMLand set to launch its Canal City( near Kota Kemuning),and IJM itself will be busy with MRT job and West Coast highway

I was tempted to buy IJMLand-wa at 1.13-4 just now. Exercise price is 1.35 and is trading at discount.Both IJMLand and warrant has been trading on uptrend mode since last friday

The chart for IJMLAND-WA and mother share simply beautiful. IJmland-WA faced resistance at 1.28.
I hesitated to buy at 0.8O and simply gave up .

OSK property right share is based on 1 right share for every 10 exiting share. and only those subribe to right share entitle to free bonus and free warrant, which mean upcoming OSK property-OR is very worth more than its underlying share, with intrinsic value of more than RM 3.00.
Therefore, investor may opt to sell OSK property first and later buy OSK property-OR as alternative way to subcribe right share and entitle for both bonus share and free warrant.

Very good analysis.My calculation of RM3 for OR is excluding free warrants.Depending on OSKProperty prices moving next few days until its ex date,I may hold and subscribe its right issue

The last OSK prop -WB, with exercise price of 1.25 also attract some warrant holder to exercise their right, but off course the largest warrant holder is Ong which under last year takeover offer 6sen to other warrant holder. Therefore, it could rest assure, OSK property would at least find support at 1.25
OSK property have good historical dividend payout. I think OSK property would proposed interim dividend of at least 2.5sen together with Q2 result.

My focus today was at IJMLand and its warrants.I bought this some time ago.I made good money 1round but bought again after IJMland called off merger with MRCB.Not sure to sell now. I did sell some warrant at 1.08 monday
