one more question if say monday u buy on dip.. we wouldnt know how long will this be lasting right?how long will the market be down, so how do we gauge how much to buy? or do we wait n see and watch till there is some slight signal only then we buy?
Break yr fund in 3 - 4 batches. Set buy target say buy mphb at 3.3, buy again at < 3.25, then again at < 3.2 till yr fund try. Sell along d way.

水供重组计划如今碰上全国大选而暂被搁置。（吉隆坡6日讯）假设民联雪兰莪州政府重组水供资产成功，柏朗桑集团（KPS，5843，主板贸服股）将立刻成为现金牛。根据《The Edge》财经周刊报道，以州政府投资臂膀达鲁益善集团（KDEB）的出价推算，柏朗桑集团所掌握的雪州水务公司（SPLASH）30%股权，以及持有Titisan Modal私人有限公司（TMSB）的90.83%股权，总值约1亿5350万令吉。早前，达鲁益善集团出价2亿5060万令吉现金，收购柏朗桑集团手上的SPLASH与TMSB股权；而这两家公司的水供资产与债务，估计约15亿8000万令吉和9亿600万令吉。现金将累积至4.2亿除了脱售水供资产，柏朗桑集团脱售雪资产集团（KHSB，6246，主板产业股）的56.57%股权后，也将进账1亿9347万令吉。然而，水供重组计划如今碰上全国大选而暂被搁置。市场人士指出，若国阵成功重掌雪州，民联推行的水供重组计划就会泡汤；反之民联继续掌政，计划就不受影响。柏朗桑集团若顺利脱售上述3批股权，将接获3亿4700万令吉现金。有鉴于此，集团现金与银行存款将累计至4亿2000万令吉。若联邦政府旗下的水务资产管理公司（PAAB），决定特许经营合约的资产对债务账面值盈余的数额，柏朗桑集团将进一步收到更多现金。
