1. GLOMAC - Sold all at 0.80. Second round. ^^ Hope to buy back if there is any chance tomorrow. Tomorrow is budget day not sure how overall market will react. Will wait and see tomorrow.

Sorry,disnt pay attn to stock market as watching budget
RPGT increase to 15% if dispose within 2 years. If sell <5 years,it is now 10%. I think it is not going to affect property much,esp new launch. Most properties are delivered >2 years.So you pay 10% which is still reasonable. If you buy condo which delivery is 36mths from SPA( correct me if I am wrong. I am not property investor),and rent for 2 years. You don;t pay any tax this way
This budget repeat like last year, giving money again RM500 to family household income less than 3000, now extending to individual who are still single earning less than 2000 will get RM250.
It is truely election budget.
Lucky tobacco & alcohol no tax increase. Carlsbg should be fined. ^^

Sin tax- understand smuggled cigarette is about 30-50 % of total sales. Liquor face same problem. Manufacturer want government tackle smuggling issue before raising tax
Angkasa- reading propertywtf.com one guy bought this condo at 215k two years ago. Rental 1300-2000 depending fully furnish or bare unit. If can get this kind of rental is not bad. My friend bought condo in bukit jalil near pchong 300k two years ago,current value 480-500 k renting at 1400. She only provide fans,lighting basic stuff
When i pass by AEON at Bukit Tinggi that day i noticed WCT plan to build service apartment right at the back part of AEON. Not sure how much there are selling ? Will pay a visit at their office in one of the coming weekend.

Gotten letter from Hektar registrar today, applied 6000 units excess, only be allocated for 200 units.

Thanks for sharing, any good place to find fundamental info for SGX counters? SGX website seems not having too much info as our Bursa website (may be I am new, not know how to...).
Golden Agri looks good but dividend paid too low (gathered from SGX site), looking for high dividend yield stock, but look at some of the trust counters (assumed this is S-REIT), their yield not as high as what I expected...
