1. IGBREIT - Bought my last batch of IGBREIT at RM1.33. ^^ Would likely do scalping on this starting tomorrow. ^^

 

2. WCT-WB - Closed at 0.28sen, not bad. ^^ Still holding tight on this. Congratz to those who bought.

 

3. I will be in waiting game now as all my fund had already "funded" right now. :p Hope for the best. Wish me luck all.

Scalping On GLOMAC Again ^^

1. GLOMAC - Keep scalping on GLOMAC. ^^ Bought in at 0.83, sold them off at 0.84. ^^

2. WCT - Wow !!! Most analyst rated with Target Price from within RM3.17 to RM3.75 for WCT, only RHB maintained sell call with Target Price of RM2.17. What a vast difference ? about RM1 from others. Who will prevail in such a big contrast ?? We will wait and see. ^^

 

3. TENAGA - Yes, alwayswin, i am still holding Tenaga. Though it declared 15sen dividend today but no surprise at all, price stay stagnant. :(

 

4. ARREIT - Just declared 1.79sen dividend. ^^

 

5. Warch List - GLOMAC, WCT-WB, TENAGA, ARREIT, WTK

 

6. Gark was right that not many analyst will do report on Company Warrant as it involve time factor that very subjective to everyone's interpretation.

Sold My BJTOTO ^^

1. BJTOTO - Sold some of my BJTOTO at RM4.35. ^^

2. WCT-WB - What hng calculated is correct below :-

Discount/premium
= [(warrant price + exercise price)- underlying price] /underlying price

Current scenario
premium 0.9% = [(0.235 + 2.50)-2.71] /2.71

Ex-all scenario
Discount 10.5% = [ (0.235 + 1.85) - 2.33] / 2.33

AND what gark pointed out also make sense :-

And worse come to worse is the negative premium of 10% is not realized in WCT-WB, then have no choice but to subscribe and then sell the shares..

BOTH of above also make WCT-WB looks very attractive no matter from which ankle you look at it. Slowly people will realise and know the true value of WCT-WB. The only set back is, this guy have less time value but lucky that the set back is being make up by BI + W. This is a windfall gains in time to come. Good Luck all. ^^

WCT-WB will carry value at 2.30-1.85 = 45sen, offering potential doubling the value of current 23.5sen.

RCECAP-PR - My dealer called me and told me that all my units sold at 0.005sen. ^^ As this is an market order, i will be charged according to dealer brokerage rate instead of online brokerage rate. :( This preference share is not worth taking up at all. Mother price currently trading at 0.31sen and the preference shares will be subscribed at 0.38sen. What a different. !!! I wonder who will take up all the rights ?

Sold Some Of My BREM ^^

1. BREM - Sold some of it, still keeping some for higher gain hopefully.

2. GLOMAC - I should expect the dividend to be declared soon, hopefully it will be next week. ^^ By then more up side is envisaged.

 

3. IGBREIT - This one should command higher demand when its impending result is coming out. Above 1.40 should not be a problem.

 

4. TENAGA - Some hiccup but really immaterial. Should go beyond RM7 mark when trading cum dividend of 15sen is confirmed hopefully. ^^

5. RCECAP - Trying to dispose the Right Issue but need to go through "Market Order" in order to sell at 0.005sen. :( The preference shares is higher than the mother share which make the Right Issue become non-value. I think the preference share will trade below or equal to mother shares when it goes listing. At 0.38sen is way too expensive to subscribe. :(

IGBREIT - Went in 2 batches, one batch at RM1.36 and another batch at RM1.35. ^^ Last Friday those KASSETS shareholders received their distribution units of IGBREIT(Tay SK is one of them ^^ making ton already). Not sure it is due to this that causing selling pressure on this or the news that posted by hng that an off market deal at RM1.25 ?? Is the off market deal come with conditions ? like locking them for 3 months or so ? I think the selling pressure could be coming from both. Nevertheless it is irresistible to take in at RM1.35 now. Just continue whacking as much as you like. It is just a matter of time we make profit on this. ^^ Target price > RM1.40. Good Luck.

ASTRO A Great Escape ?

 

 

 

 

1. ASTRO - Very dissapointed with it IPO listing debut yesterday. Started at RM3.03 opening bell and retreated to RM3 before commanding up to RM3.10/RM3.11. Without hasistating i throw at RM3.10 to the seller. ^^ A great escape ?? Remain to be seen next week. Why the hassle applying the IPO while we can get right here over the market at the same price of RM3 !?. Probably Teng is right, Ananda can take private again later on when the price went down to RM1, this exercise in turn will make him garner RM2 each share in his pocket. :p

 

2. ARREIT - Sold all at 0.935sen. ^^ So far 40% holding liquidated, still keeping 60% for higher price or dividend. ^^

 

3. MEDIAC - 41sen special dividend !!! Can just whack first thing in the morning come Monday. ^^

 

4. TENAGA - Many have complaint about the high bill after changing to digital meter, that include me as well !!! I expect TENAGA will post good result coming 4Q. This guy should resume it earning momentum as the coal price has dropped and could probably declare a final 20sen dividend. Should be a BUY from me, can start accumulating come next week as the 4Q result should be out by end of this month. Good Luck !!!

6. N2N platform is very slow comparing to EF. I can't even get the price feed after signing on to the system eventhough i was on 10MB MAXIS home fibre. It took me about 3rd attempt before i can view the share price, luckily it was the time where ASTRO was trading at 3.10/3.11. I was able to sell at the right time. ^^ N2N platform need to beef up their system, submission was slow either, cancellation of stock should pop up another window instead of appearing on the same screen and it create hassle to toggle back to price feed screen where you may scare of lossing the feed again. Thumb down from me. :(

1, ARREIT - LOL !!! Sold partially 1lot at 0.935sen. This is what i called a mine bomb. ^^ Lose some fee there.

 

2. GLOMAC - Steadily inching up. ^^ Sold some off, all at 0.825. Will try to sell more if tomorrow go up further. ^^ Once it break 0.84, high chance that it will test 0.90sen in next level.

 

3. AMEDIA - Good luck to those holding. ^^ With positive outlook from the IB, hopefully can spur some up surge momentum. hng & Teng, all the best.

 

4. RCECAP - Notice that this guy is giving Bonus Issue & Right Issue at 0.38sen. The ratio for BI is 1:2, after baloon this up, they offer RI at the same time at 2:5 ratio. If the EPS keep lossing weight every quarter, this type of offer does not carry any value other than sucking more money from shareholders. RCECAP needs to beef up more core business else it will be struggling moving ahead. :(

Almost Time To Show My Report Card Again ^^

 

 

1. ARREIT - Sold more Arreit at 0.93 & some at 0.935. ^^ I hope to grab more at 0.92 if happen there is a chance. ^^ Look like it stand firm at 0.93 and above.

 

2. AMEDIA - Most actively traded again today. Though this is not my cup of tea but i reckon that the profit is consistent throughout the quarters and low PE, only set back is no dividend records. This guy does not fit into my investment criteria but look potentially high chance of making money at current state. Let's see once we factor BI in, Bonus ratio is 1 for 1, which mean to say its share capital will be double, that in turn will make PE high after BI, EPS will be diluted by half. Assuming same EPS contributed for the next year after BI, PE of 5 will be double at 10sen for a share price of estimated at 0.34/2 = 0.17. Seem relatively okay though. hmmmm. Good Luck All. ^^

 

3. GLOMAC - All resolutions were duly passed at today AGM. Which mean the 2.75sen dividend less 25% tax is approved as well. Will wait and see after this. Keep figure crossed on this.

Increase My Stake On ARREIT

 

 

1. ARREIT - Increase my stake on ARREIT at 0.92. ^^ Aiming for the next distribution to be due on December i guess.

 

2. GLOMAC - The next AGM will fall on 16/10. One of the agenda is to approve the final dividend of 2.75sen less 25% tax. Hopefully this will give a boost to it share price in the coming week. Bought in again at 0.81sen. ^^

 

3. AMEDIA - I never like to touch ACE market but after looking at it, i wonder what makes the share price drop so much recently. The propose bonus issue and warrant should normally give a good respond by majority public investor out there BUT this seem like otherwise. Owner is holding tight with his shares, those actively traded in the market are mostly the remaining floating shares. Judging no negative news and healthy BS, most likely that this stock will state a rebound next week hopefully. If it dampen further, one may consider buy in at 0.25sen to 30sen level.

The set back is the non-renewal of Sime UEP tenancy and the default payment of SBG. BUT there could be a surprise special dividend !!!

1. ASTRO - My application was sucessful on this. ^^ Not sure it is a good thing or not ? Many comments was bad on this but some of the cornerstones are big guys here, most likely it will sustain at least for some period of time before the real value could be seem more clearer in the next Q earning. Let's hope for the good start come listing on 19/10/2012. ^^

 

2. HEKTAR - Sold partially at RM1.41. ^^

 

3. YTL-WR - Closed at 0.185. Personally, i would buy this than YTLP-WB at 0.42. At 0.185, this would mean 0.185+0.20 = 0.385sen for YTLP-WB, there is still some discount there. On the other side, 0.385sen would represent YTLP-WB trading at negative premium of -0.932%. YTLP-WB should worth at least 0.40sen based on underlying share price at RM1.61. Whack YTL-WR instead. ^^

1. GENNEVA GOLD truely a mother of all scams that involve whopping of at least RM5billions of hard earn money from "investor". I must say my condolences to them, hope they can get back partial if not full of their so called invesment money. How can a business can sustain without having making any genuine profit from a real 'core business' ? This is another form of pyramid scheme for all you know. :( Pity to all the investors thats include my own relative. :( Imagine an investor so to speak come in will result Genneva to make a loss of 24% per year, as the company need to take another investor in to fund the earlier one. This business repeated and compounding the lossess to the company till a saturated point and all will come down at one point in the near future. It is lucky that BNM step in to raid this company or else more people will be suffered if this kind of business drag on. I hope the authority can charge the owners to court for running a fraudulent gold trading company and fine them heavily.

1. IGBREIT - Bought back at RM1.38. Hope to make some profit here. ^^

2. Look like i was totally wrong this month. I thought it should be a good month to trade but ended up the hardest. Most of my holdings in paper loss now. :( except for longterm counters. ^^ Budget will be announced coming this Friday, those that slump in price now would probably anticipated thier fate could be impacted in the budget announcement, either in increasing of their sin tax or curbing on thier sales that in turn affecting thier overall revenue. :( Nevertheless, the market always react ahead of what it is going to happen next. I believe by time PM announcing the budget, most of the badly bashed down counters will be recovered, so i believe it will be a temporary set back for now. Hope i am correct here. Just making a wild guess. ^^

 

3. I will trades less this week in conjunction with the budget announcement. Just hope that everything stay normal before the GE come. ^^

1. GLOMAC - Bought more Glomac at 0.785c to average down my cost. :( Selling presure is very strong. 2.75sen dividend to be announced on 16/10/2012, still long way. :(

How To Earn Consistently From Share Market ?

 

 

1. HEKTAR - I applied excess of 5000units. Hope to be alloted with 500units. :) ^^ Small aim of 10% enough. 3Q dividend has been brought forward, all my rights will not be entitled for it. :(

 

2. As mentioned, all my fund tie up with OSKPROP, HEKTAR, BREM & APOLLO. I still left with last batch of fund aiming for IGB REIT listing, will take up all if the listing price is below 1.40. Just had lunch with my friend today, he was very lucky on his IGB REIT IPO application and successfully been alloted with 20,000units of IGB REIT. ^^ Happy for him and with that i get a free lunch. ^^. There will be very less trades coming from me starting from now as all my fund has been "used up" and nevertheless i still continue receiving dividend from my piles of long term dividend shares, just the recent one was SUNREIT. ^^

 

3. When there is nothing to do, do nothing. ^^ Just sitting back and watching the market and patiently waiting for all my dividend portfolio to be lapsed with dividend and this is one should be done in order to continue earning from stock market consistently. ^^ One very effective way to do is to embark all on REITs counter. If you are able to buy all the REITs that are listed in the KLSE either in a big or small quantity, you will be able to earn dividend on almost every single month consistently. ^^

 

4. Teng, i agreed with you, i too never like airlines business as well. They are all subject to high feul cost. :( The high operation cost and the high oil price are both enough to make them headache. Never touch airlines counters as one of your longterm portfolio.

What To Do During Turbulent Time ? :p

 

 

1. No trading from me today. Not going in at all but i believe market will still hold well after this, don't think our "taiko" will let this fall just like that as election is just around the corner. Gaining confident and winnings more voters heart is utmost priority by our Jib Gor. Any black spot toward this juncture will likely to upset the result but nevertheless i think it is still going to be an uphill task from opposition. Should not worry too much on this turbulent time as i think it is only a temporary set back. Keep dancing and keep racing. Good Luck.

 

2. HEKTAR - The management is playing dirty here, they bring forward the 3rd Q dividend to current, making all HEKTAR-TR holders not eligible/entitle on this dividend even converting them all to mother shares. :( Another crook.

4. CMMT & SUNREIT - See how these two run today ! ^^ I expect IGB REIT will follow suite, probably HEKTAR as well if giving some time. Let's monitor IGB REIT listing, should be interesting. I just received my SUNREIT dividend. ^^

 

5. OSKPROP - Called up my investment bank, they told me i will be getting my refund next Monday. :(

What Do I Do If Market Slump !?

 

 

1. SUNREIT - Continue to bank on SUNREIT. Bought in at RM1.45 and sold at RM1.46. ^^ :) 1sen profit.

2. OSKPROP - Selling pressure continue today couple with bad sentiment and overall sell down. :( Nothing much can be done, just wait for the 5c dividend to be announced by end of this month hopefully.

 

3. HEKTAR-TR - With my average price at 0.1563 add the Right Issue price at 1.23, that make up to RM 1.3863, still below the mother share at 1.40. If the condition don't allow me to dispose at higher price, i will opt to subscribe all the Right shares, with that i hope to gain 1.3sen profit after conversion.

 

4. What do i do if market slump like this? as i stress many times, we only concentrade on dividend yielding stocks. Like what hng mentioned, dividend make some cushion there, if stock trading with cum dividend down side risk maybe minimised. If situation allow you to hold a bit longer, you may reap profit after that or possibly dispose at no loss. If you know your stock well, by all mean pick up more at the right price, dividend may in turn become your only confident factor to load in more for averaging cost down purpose or for earning even more dividend by cushioning your loss further. Either reason also should drive one to buy in more, as you know for sure dividend will set in to cushion your loss if given enough time.

 

5. AFFIN-CG - Teng, i think hard to get at 0.15sen. :( Nevertheless no harm for trying. Good Luck.!

1. HEKTAR-TR - I bought in few batches, 0.16c 2 batches, 0.155c 1 batch & 0.15c another batch. I am trap and stuck. LOL !! ^^ ;)

 

2. BREM - Bought in 2 batches, RM1.19 & RM1.18. Timing just right, today Brem just declared 6sen dividend. ^^ :) Should expect some moving starting from tomorrow. :) HUAT ARRRRR...

 

3. OSKPROP - I have been alloted excess shares as well beside what hng & Teng are getting. I have been given odd lots as well :( but surprisingly out of the 5000units excess that i applied, i have been alloted with 627units shares, higher then what hng & Teng are getting ??? Really puzzle me !? OSKPROP-WC starting debut today but only manage to capture highest about 28% premium from the underlying stock. Much lower than what we anticipated of at least 30%. :(

 

4. IGB REIT - Have submitted my entry on this. All the best. !!!

 

5. Me too, have weakness to realize higher gain on shares that we picked. So long as we make, we should be happy no matter how. :( Some time feel disappoitnted when the share price surge further and unexpectedly high.
