1. GENNEVA GOLD truely a mother of all scams that involve whopping of at least RM5billions of hard earn money from "investor". I must say my condolences to them, hope they can get back partial if not full of their so called invesment money. How can a business can sustain without having making any genuine profit from a real 'core business' ? This is another form of pyramid scheme for all you know. :( Pity to all the investors thats include my own relative. :( Imagine an investor so to speak come in will result Genneva to make a loss of 24% per year, as the company need to take another investor in to fund the earlier one. This business repeated and compounding the lossess to the company till a saturated point and all will come down at one point in the near future. It is lucky that BNM step in to raid this company or else more people will be suffered if this kind of business drag on. I hope the authority can charge the owners to court for running a fraudulent gold trading company and fine them heavily.

WOW !! Overall Market Tumble !

1. IGBREIT - Bought back at RM1.38. Hope to make some profit here. ^^

2. Look like i was totally wrong this month. I thought it should be a good month to trade but ended up the hardest. Most of my holdings in paper loss now. :( except for longterm counters. ^^ Budget will be announced coming this Friday, those that slump in price now would probably anticipated thier fate could be impacted in the budget announcement, either in increasing of their sin tax or curbing on thier sales that in turn affecting thier overall revenue. :( Nevertheless, the market always react ahead of what it is going to happen next. I believe by time PM announcing the budget, most of the badly bashed down counters will be recovered, so i believe it will be a temporary set back for now. Hope i am correct here. Just making a wild guess. ^^

 

3. I will trades less this week in conjunction with the budget announcement. Just hope that everything stay normal before the GE come. ^^

Get Drunk Again But This Time Not So Lucky. :(

1. IGBREIT - Bought in 2 batches all at RM1.38, sold them off at RM1.39. ^^

3. If ex-price does affect the Index, ideally all traders in option should mark this note closely on Maybank and other heavyweight index link counter's dividend. Just short them before they goes on ex the next day. High chance that they would make money then. :) ^^

5. Teng, need to concentrade more on mother shares than CWs now, as election maybe a factor that causing market to slump heavily and this in turn will cause CWs to suffer even bigger lost in term of percentage. I will stay out temporary.

GLOMAC 2.75sen Dividend Likely Announce On 16/10/2012

 

 

1. GLOMAC - Bought more Glomac at 0.785c to average down my cost. :( Selling presure is very strong. 2.75sen dividend to be announced on 16/10/2012, still long way. :(

 

2. If ex-price of a CI stock does affect KLCI index, then many people will short KLCI a day before MAYBANK goes ex. :p Those people will be making ton. ^^ I am not this is how it work out either. May be some expect out there can clarify. ^^

How To Earn Consistently From Share Market ?

 

 

1. HEKTAR - I applied excess of 5000units. Hope to be alloted with 500units. :) ^^ Small aim of 10% enough. 3Q dividend has been brought forward, all my rights will not be entitled for it. :(

 

2. As mentioned, all my fund tie up with OSKPROP, HEKTAR, BREM & APOLLO. I still left with last batch of fund aiming for IGB REIT listing, will take up all if the listing price is below 1.40. Just had lunch with my friend today, he was very lucky on his IGB REIT IPO application and successfully been alloted with 20,000units of IGB REIT. ^^ Happy for him and with that i get a free lunch. ^^. There will be very less trades coming from me starting from now as all my fund has been "used up" and nevertheless i still continue receiving dividend from my piles of long term dividend shares, just the recent one was SUNREIT. ^^

 

3. When there is nothing to do, do nothing. ^^ Just sitting back and watching the market and patiently waiting for all my dividend portfolio to be lapsed with dividend and this is one should be done in order to continue earning from stock market consistently. ^^ One very effective way to do is to embark all on REITs counter. If you are able to buy all the REITs that are listed in the KLSE either in a big or small quantity, you will be able to earn dividend on almost every single month consistently. ^^

 

4. Teng, i agreed with you, i too never like airlines business as well. They are all subject to high feul cost. :( The high operation cost and the high oil price are both enough to make them headache. Never touch airlines counters as one of your longterm portfolio.

What To Do During Turbulent Time ? :p

 

 

1. No trading from me today. Not going in at all but i believe market will still hold well after this, don't think our "taiko" will let this fall just like that as election is just around the corner. Gaining confident and winnings more voters heart is utmost priority by our Jib Gor. Any black spot toward this juncture will likely to upset the result but nevertheless i think it is still going to be an uphill task from opposition. Should not worry too much on this turbulent time as i think it is only a temporary set back. Keep dancing and keep racing. Good Luck.

 

2. HEKTAR - The management is playing dirty here, they bring forward the 3rd Q dividend to current, making all HEKTAR-TR holders not eligible/entitle on this dividend even converting them all to mother shares. :( Another crook.

4. CMMT & SUNREIT - See how these two run today ! ^^ I expect IGB REIT will follow suite, probably HEKTAR as well if giving some time. Let's monitor IGB REIT listing, should be interesting. I just received my SUNREIT dividend. ^^

 

5. OSKPROP - Called up my investment bank, they told me i will be getting my refund next Monday. :(

What Do I Do If Market Slump !?

 

 

1. SUNREIT - Continue to bank on SUNREIT. Bought in at RM1.45 and sold at RM1.46. ^^ :) 1sen profit.

2. OSKPROP - Selling pressure continue today couple with bad sentiment and overall sell down. :( Nothing much can be done, just wait for the 5c dividend to be announced by end of this month hopefully.

 

3. HEKTAR-TR - With my average price at 0.1563 add the Right Issue price at 1.23, that make up to RM 1.3863, still below the mother share at 1.40. If the condition don't allow me to dispose at higher price, i will opt to subscribe all the Right shares, with that i hope to gain 1.3sen profit after conversion.

 

4. What do i do if market slump like this? as i stress many times, we only concentrade on dividend yielding stocks. Like what hng mentioned, dividend make some cushion there, if stock trading with cum dividend down side risk maybe minimised. If situation allow you to hold a bit longer, you may reap profit after that or possibly dispose at no loss. If you know your stock well, by all mean pick up more at the right price, dividend may in turn become your only confident factor to load in more for averaging cost down purpose or for earning even more dividend by cushioning your loss further. Either reason also should drive one to buy in more, as you know for sure dividend will set in to cushion your loss if given enough time.

 

5. AFFIN-CG - Teng, i think hard to get at 0.15sen. :( Nevertheless no harm for trying. Good Luck.!

1. HEKTAR-TR - I bought in few batches, 0.16c 2 batches, 0.155c 1 batch & 0.15c another batch. I am trap and stuck. LOL !! ^^ ;)

 

2. BREM - Bought in 2 batches, RM1.19 & RM1.18. Timing just right, today Brem just declared 6sen dividend. ^^ :) Should expect some moving starting from tomorrow. :) HUAT ARRRRR...

 

3. OSKPROP - I have been alloted excess shares as well beside what hng & Teng are getting. I have been given odd lots as well :( but surprisingly out of the 5000units excess that i applied, i have been alloted with 627units shares, higher then what hng & Teng are getting ??? Really puzzle me !? OSKPROP-WC starting debut today but only manage to capture highest about 28% premium from the underlying stock. Much lower than what we anticipated of at least 30%. :(

 

4. IGB REIT - Have submitted my entry on this. All the best. !!!

 

5. Me too, have weakness to realize higher gain on shares that we picked. So long as we make, we should be happy no matter how. :( Some time feel disappoitnted when the share price surge further and unexpectedly high. 1. KASSETS - Sold all my remaining kassets at RM9.07. ^^ Will buy back if there is any chance. Will try my luck on IPO ot buy straight from the market when IGB REIT goes listing. :)

 

2. APOLLO - Likelihood that tomorrow will announce at least 20sen dividend after trading. Have loaded some in and join hng. ^^ Expect good result and send the price up further. ^^

 

3. KSL - Expect to announce its 2Q result this weekend as well. Hopefully there is 5sen dividend as well. ^^

 

4. AFFIN-CF - Bougth in at 0.16sen and sold them off at 0.165sen. Half sen profit. ^^ Affin-CH enter the 1st day of cash settlement. Average price is at RM3.5311, mean the net worth for Affin-CF is at 0.177sen. Worth to take in if 2nd day average price stay at 3.53. Keep close watch. ^^

 

5. HEKTAR - Giving right issue at 1.23, ex date on 29/8/2012. Listing of right issue is on 4/9/2012. Close watch as well. ^^ :)

Another Busy Trading Day

1. FABER - Sold my Faber at RM1.35. It rammed up to as high as RM1.41 before settling at RM1.38. I missed the rally. :(

2. KASSETS - Matched partially at RM9.18. ^^ Keeping remaining for further up side or keeping them for IGB REIT distribution. Either way should be fined for me. ^^

3. MAYBANK - Gotten them at 8.90 & 8.94 respectively and sold off all of them at RM9.04. Make good profit just within 2 days. ^^ :) Further up side envisage, probably will go pass 9.50 level. Wait & see, if there is any chance of buying back. Buy higher sell higher. ^^

I always believe in personal experience. If you go to Midvalley,weekeday or weekend,it is always crowded. Just calculate how much parking they collect esp during weekend.

IHH indicative price was 2.85 but final institutional price was 2.80. Likewise for igbreit i think a final ipo price of 1.20 is a better Price to calculate its fair value. (5240x1.20) + 2430 + (0.2 x 1000x670M/521M) = rm8975 or roughly 8.98 share price.
If based on rm1.25 we get fair value of 9.30 as a bonus.

Hope WCT-WB and OSKPROP can both have strong rally in this week or next. ^^ We will then Laughing All The Way To The Bank.

Scalp Trades Dated 13/8/2012

1. FABER - Sold first at RM1.35 and bought all back at RM1.33. 2sen profit. :) ^^ Certainly have high hope on this. Will bang this in and out when opportunity allow. :)

2. RCECAP - 1Q profit drop by 59%. :( Avoid this counter temporary.

3. OSKPROP - Up 2.5sen. :) Looks like confident level has improved. ^^ More upside would be anticipated.

4. KASSETS - Thanks Tay SK for the information on this. Have not buy in this as yet. Still searching for right price to enter. :(

5. POS - Congratz to Gark !!! Managed to sell above RM3+. Ex-date on the 15/8/2012. Tomorrow would likely the last push before settle with ex-price.

6. AFFIN-CF & MBSB-CB - As mentioned by Teng, these two will be expiring on the same date. Of the two, i would prefer AFFIN-CF as the ratio is higher and it would probably be safer as the underlying stock will need to be bashed down more for lesser value of CW and it is VWAMP as such manipulator will need more effort on this. Keep a close eye on this. ^^ :)

7. E&O - Avoid this at the moment. :(

8. WCT - Need to breach RM2.60 hurdle before commanding more up surge.

KASSETS - Can Someone Clarify This ??

1. KASSETS - Will trying to buy this but i am concern on Tay SK questions below. Is that true that Capital Repayment take 6 months to realize and distribution of IGB REIT take a month to complete from listing date?? If that is so, capital will be tied down for sometime :( We might lose out opportunity time if somehow there is one come around. :( Can someone clarify this ??

I was wondering why people would be buying ABOVE the value of 8.98 for KASSETS. Why give it a premium when IGBREIT at 1.25 is only giving indicative yield of 5.1%? i scare there is not much upside to the igbreit price anymore. Frm my knowledge, the capital repayment will take place within 6 months so your 25% capital will "locked in" without earning money if buying at a premium. I note that the distribution in specie may take up to a month frm listing date to be completed. Please correct me if wrong. :)

3. RCECAP - Sold all at 0.475. Half sen profit. ^^ :)

4. OSKPROP - Offering Condominiums and unique waterfront & garden-front luxury villas in Cyberjaya. Understand that phase 1 Condominiums already sold out and phase 2 is now open for sale. The Luxury Villas is from 1.4m onwards. Wow truly high class and unique. Hope this is a vibrant village and coming 2Q will have better result. ^^ :)

What You Get If Holding 1000 Kris Assets Shares ?

1. RCECAP - Bought in at 0.47sen. I am not recommending this stock, my way of trading this stock is simple. I am striking for quick scalp gain here not intended for long holding, so comrades please don't follow if you are looking for big gain. I think RCECAP will be due to declare 1.5sen dividend either tomorrow or next week couple with 1Q result. Earning half sen to 1 sen should not be a problem. :) ^^

2. KASSETS - Wow !! garner 18sen today :( I just gone through the proposal and i extracted the below :-

Meaning if i hold 1000 KASSETS shares, first i will be giving distribution units of IGB REIT 5240 shares, secondly i will get back some cash of RM2431.94.

Which mean if i buy KASSETS now at RM8.95, after offset the cash that i get back ( 8950 - 2431.94 = 6518.06) and divide by the no. of distribution units RM6518.06 / 5240 = RM1.24. Every IGB REIT will cost me RM1.24. The indicative IPO price is at RM1.25. Save 1sen here. ^^ :) Look like not a bad deal after all. Is that so simple ??

1. OSKPROP - Sold some at RM1.00 for the batch that i bought at an average price of RM0.985. ^^ :)

OSKPROP-OR - Swap from OSKPROP and bought more OR at RM2.68 to get more of it right shares. ^^ :) I ask the Investment Bank staff whether i can apply excess for Right, they ask me to try but i am quite sceptical of it getting the application approved even if i do apply as hng pointed out that this is a special case where the right comes with BI. Nevertheless, i still putting small hope here by applying a very small quantity of 5000 units excess. ^^ Putting a side 5K is something still can be afforded without upsetting my trading limit much. Hoping for a miracle then. LOL !!!

3. IGB REIT - Thanks gark for the input. I will still go with my IPO on this, as this is the separate fund that meant solely for IPO.  ^^ :)

The True Value of OSKPROP-OR

1. OSKPROP - Buying 4 batches, hope to get a quick profit here. ^^

2. OSKPROP-OR - Assuming OR is fully exercised, what is the true value of OR ? One Right comes with 2 Bonus Issue and free 3 Warrants. Estimated actual value of OR :-

1 Right = 0.98

2 Bonus Issue = 0.98 x 2 = 1.96

3 Warrants = 0.98 x 25% x 3 = 0.735 (* as hng pointed out that warrant a least 30% premium but i just quoted 25% here)

Actual value of OR = 0.98 + 1.96 + 0.735 - 1 = RM2.675

Will try to apply excess units. hng, may i know what is the chances of getting excess units ?

3. YTLP-WB - Something fishy on this ? Big buying toward last minute....

3. OSKPROP - OR will be listing tomorrow, with oskprop closed at 1.01 today, i need OR to be above 2.90 in order to make profit. Hope for the best. ^^ :)

CIMB Screw MSM-CA Warrant Holders :(

1. MSM-CA - Here we go again, CIMB manipulated the MSM share price by getting it price to settle at RM5.03 at last minute. With this MSM-CA settlement price to be settled at 0.1248. :( My cost on MSM-CA is at 0.125. My loss is at 0.0002 almost breakeven, think i will lose my brokerage fee as well. :( Small bruises. I have to avoid CWs for time being. :( As far as i know none of the CWs issuers are gentlemen enough to let the demand and supply to take it course just like HKSE. The worst being OSK, remember KNM case? SC needs to step in to do something here or regulate the MM from being manipulating the mother share to protect the CW holders else it is just an unfair game. Will boycott CWs for time being. Lucky it is just a small bruises from me.

2. MSM - I grab MSM at RM5.03 last minute by jumping queue and offering at a price of RM5.06. ^^ Hoping of jacking the price up last minute, LOL !! but the selling forces are just tremendous from MM. :( Hope i can recover some losses here that i incurred on MSM-CA. hng, what a coincident that you also grab the same price as me, we have something in common? I must say we both have a great brain that think alike. ha ha ^^

3. OSKPROP - Ex-dated price at RM1.05. Which mean the right OR would likely be around (1.28-1.05) * 10 = 2.30 to 3.00.

4. GENTING SP - Lucky me. LOL !!! Bought in S$1.23 last Friday and today garner 9sen at S$1.32. ^^ :)
