Thomas SM

I still hold substantial stake in Kian Joo, just sold some of it at 1.88-1.89 to realize contra profit. Kian Joo still value buy based on upcoming dividend and its attractive corporate proposal: bonus, right and warrant issue

Hi Horse and Hng,

Great blog and great trading performance by both of you. Congrats!

I noticed Amfirst that for two consecutive days, there were huge block selling vol. of 360k to 888k. What is your opinion on this?

I am a newbie trying to learn more about the market.

Thank you and well done!

congrat hng :)

Thomas SM,

Amfirst is due to announce its DPU around 4+sen next month. I notice the big selling as well. I suspect those throwing are fund managers, probably from CIMB/broker. Nevertheless, i think it is normal to have such big volume when especially during DPU seasion as many Unit Holders would like to redeem and it is the best time to liquidate them during this time, generally volume will be higher as buying interest is relatively higher during DPU time. Should be safe to collect between 1.13 - 1.14. Good luck.
