hi elmo1988, thanks for visiting my blog. It is true that FD is the safe & sure way. there are many other ways to make more than just mere 3%. I'm sure you know the way as much as i do. You are right, by the book, FD is the sure win method. This is definately one of the asset allocation by many beside other investments.

A la Ma. To go by the book,the only sure way is...Fixed Deposit. That's safe plus 3% return. Per annum.
