hng,
for Qcapital, what is the catalyst you talking about? these reits hardly move unless you mean the dividend announcement?

Qcapital is expect to declare its income distribution by today after 5pm. Base on 100% provision, the income should be around 4sen, annually yield about 8% based on closing price at 1.02.

Quillcapital is trading in a range between RM1.00 & RM1.06 over the past 6moth. I've accumulate these stock last 2 day and already reach maximum level in both portfolio at average cost 1.02. The reason is simple, every 1 sen up, portfolio already in profit and with expected income to be declare soon, the downside risk is minimum and portfolio should be save and should have higher odds to reap profit once income is declare.

You may note that the 2 mega REITs, Sunreit & CMMT have been rising slowly over the past few days. Sunreit closed at 93 sen as compared to its IPO price of 90 sen. CMMT closed at RM1.02 as compared to its IPO price of 98 sen. I think our REITs may be due for a re-rating given the sharp rise in property value over the past 12 months.
