Next Week Market Will Start Charging Since Holiday Over !!!

 
 
1. RCECAP - Sold them off at 0.475sen. ^^ It went up as high as 0.485 after a 1.5sen dividend announced.
 
2. IVORY - Q result seem fantastic but i think could be one off revaluation of property that causes a big jump in profit. Nevertheless, it is good enough to spur the price up further hopefully. ^^
 
3. MNRB - 17sen dividend announced.
 
4. KSL - Started to move. ^^
 
5. Watch List - HAPSENG, MALTON, IVORY, NAIM, KPS, SAM, KSL, MNRB, APOLLO
 
6. Teng, DIJARCO is having Rigth Issue ratio of 4:5 at 1.20. This right issue exercise price seem high, there is not much discount from the underlying stock. :(

Dijayacorp also throw in bonus issue for right issue subscribe.

4 RI for every 5 shares held,and 1 free bonus issue for every 4 right issue subsribe. This mean if you have 5,000 shares,you pay Rm4800 to subscribe 4,000 RI and get 1,000 free BI. Total you will have 10,000 shares with cost of 10,800 ( if cost for 5,000 shares is at RM1.20/unit)

I did a calculation on OSKProp excess application

There are about 600k share not subscribed,and there are 10million shared for excess application. So those applied who get 6% based on their OSKProp holding as at Aug 1?

If this is the case,then those have 1000 share will get 60,or 600shares for 10k share you own?

Ratio should be higher as some ppl who own oskprop may not apply for excess

Dijacorp-No idea when is ex.Maybe ex date not announced yet

OSKProp-Hope my calculation is right.Then for every 10,000 shares you own on Aug 1,you will get to 600 excess shares

Next week,some CWs start 5 days average calculation

First batch isseued by OSK and calculation using closing price( not so good for small traders like us)

1)Topglove-Reference is RM4,ratio 6. Topglove CH last traded at 23 cents.Discount 0.23%

2)MBSB-CC-Exercise 1.60,ratio 3. Last traded 25.5.Premium 3%

3)Affin-CH-Exercise 2.90,ratio 3. Last traded 29cts.Discount 0.86%

4)Tenaga-CU-Exercise 5.60,ratio 5. Last traded 27 cts,Premium 1.76%


Only Topglove and Affin worth betting based on last friday closing price.Again this is very risky as MM may again push down closing price

Another batch of CWs are issued by KIBB and last days of trading is Sept 6( CWs issued by OSK is Sept 5). Iam only interested in Affin-CH. Exercise price is RM3 and ratio is 3( same as Affin). Again we should look at CH at 16 cents or below. If Sept 4-5 VWAP is good and CH traded at good discount,then can buy on Sept 6 ( or even afternoon session on Sept 5)

Hi busy these 3 days, have went down to JB looking for property investment.

Manage to book one cluster Semi-D,freehold, 36x75, BU 3500 sft, RM920k, in Nusa Bestari. Need to wait for loan approval now. Hopefully can secure 90% loan.

I wonder how to get loan being a full timer ? I might adopt same approach when i am full timer but it might be hard for me to demand loan after that ? :(

I've plan to moved down to JB also, depending on certain consideration. I think is almost impossible for me to upgrade from my current superlink to semi-D in KL, I think JB offer alternative choice indeed.

As these Semi-D is almost completed, if possible be able to move in by end of these year or before CNY. But everything depend on whether or not i can secure loan

As expected, KSL once breakthrough 1.43 resistance level, upward is almost certain, at 1.48 now.

In Klang valley,I know Sg Long Semi D ( subsales) is still <1 million.But design is not so good.Many corners and usable space is small

Sold off all KSL at 1.49-1.50 and some -WA at 39-39.5sen

Conincident I also bought Glomac at 82cents. I last bought few month ago at 83 cents ( received 2.75 cents dividend)

I've swap KSL to Glomac to entitle for its final dividend of 2.75sen. Both also offer undemanding valuation, PE < 5.5x, but Glomac have upper hand due to consistent share buyback + dividend yield of 6.7%

Glomac has share buyback almost everyday ( or at least twice in a week).But its share hardly move.I think Glomac,IJMland and YTL Land are laggards in property counters this year

Agreed, there are pros and cons, glomac share less volatile, but it trade cum dividend with yield > 6.5% pa are much better than others property stocks.

Good job on MNRB and KSL . I sold mine MNRB at cost last week. Today managed to sell IHH at 3.18. Sell before public digest news on its forex risk re: unhedged US460.7m cross-currency loan,
I only have Ivory now. Waiting for your cue to go into other counters. Going yo play one counter at a time from now on, bcos market is quite toppish and upside is not on broad market.
Sorry , but I am very 'chicken'..

First trading day of Sept is good for me. Made decent profit on mnrb. Hopefully glomac will also make good money later this month. Glomac should pay dividend after announcing result this month.

Tomorrow is listing date for OSK property right issues and warrant,and also Hektar OR or TR

May i know what is the reason that you sold off your MNRB at cost? Already know ahead that it will declare dividend of 17sen, yield at 5.8% !?

Apollo although declare lower than expect dividend of 20sen TE, but it still give net yield of 6% and Apollo is cash rich company, low volatile but trade at fair valuation of 12x.

However, Apollo have very limited upside now, sell only if one have other better opportunity stock, if not include it into low risk portfolio and treat it as REITs like stock also an option.

You can assess Brem Holding, which have very diversify business, derive earning from water concession, construction, property investment to property development. Brem is expect to declare dividend of 6sen by these week, give rise to yield of 5%.

Do you expect Faber will get it's hospital concession extended very soon?

I saw advertisement by Faber for it's propery in Taman Desa (hope is KL and not other states). I thought Faber already fully develop all land bank in Taman Desa. Very good location. My boss sold his link house in 2004/5 at 500k and bought semi d in sg long for 700k. Now link in Taman Desa value is more than semi d in sg long

I misread the technicals on MNRB. Also the dividend slipped my mind. I was so focused on price about to close below Moving average 50 that I never noticed the strong support at 2.94. Bad mistake.
But I am glad you made handsome profit.
