Scalp On QCAPITA ^^

 
 
1. QCAPITA - Sold at RM1.16 and bought them back at RM1.13. COntra profit of 3sen. ^^
 
2. ALAQAR - Bought in RM1.29. ^^
 
3. YTL - Closed 1sen down. :( Hope to gain momentum tomorrow. ^^
 
4. Watch List - QCAPITA, ALAQAR, YTL, TMS, ACOSTEC, MKLAND, YTLP-WB, CARLSBG
 
5. hng, finally, starting your new house renovation ^^ happy for you. ^^ I think hardware trading or hardware shop should be a good business. You can cater for walk-in and at the same time recruit saleman to lobby sales by supplying hardware & other material to industrial related companies. Otherwise food business also a good business venture. ^^
 
6. SUNREIT - Queued at 1.47, not matched. :(

Thanks for your opinion, its just coincidence that my primary target is also hardware shop. Material are long lasting and margin is high. With bustling property development in JB and demand from renovation work, hardware material should be in good demand.

Hi Hng,
Not sure about JB area, but here in northern area, hardware shops are expected to give credit (for example 1 month or 2 months) to contractors...
Some might 'run' or delay payment.. there is a risk there. :)
and if you are starting the business for the first time, expect the suppliers to demand payment in cash.

Are you planning to start a business in:
a) hardware shop, example Ace Hardware, or
b) selling renovation and construction materials, example selling sand, cement, gravel?
