Next year strategy will be more prudent in view of recovery hope almost full reflected in stock market, valuation of the bluechip are at 15-20x now. Further upside in index may be limited.

I'll divest almost 3 quarter of the capital from local stock market to other investable instrument/regional market as part of the diverfication strategy. I'll reinitiate capital back to begining of 2009 to restart in 2010

Nevertheless, next year strategy still subject to change and flexible, depending on market condition as well as availablitiy of more attractive assest class. But, certainly will lock at least half of the 2009 profit off the table.

In fact for trader like you, a stable platform is very important. If you are looking into regional market, need to find one with low fee and provide realtime platform.

One of the potential strategy is invest in landed, freehold, good location in growing area, gated and guarded property. This is stimulate by the idea that there is now buyer seeking to buy my newly own house, at premium of 15%. If wanna to sell now, can reap almost 150% profit based on downpayment of 10% in just 3 month time!

Put thing retropectively, for those bought this house at launching time, waiting for 2yr, transaction now can reap 400% after ex-all interest cost and based on intital 10% downpayment.
