Sell and Buy BJTOTO

1. I first sold BJTOTO at RM4.27 and buy them back in 2 batches at RM4.24 and RM4.19 respectively. Make some contra gain. :)

2. Congratz hng, you are just superb in trading. :) Non-stop profit making everyday, keep up the good work friend. We just need your good trades to keep us going and motivate us here. We have been exchanging stock sharing here over the past 6 years, you are my true cyber friend and best stock mate during these years. Have been benefited a lot from your input. You have proven that a full time trader is indeed an approachable way out for people who seriously have thought so for his/her so call alternative "business" venture. I am certainly would like to be in your shoe when my time is up. :) A big thank you my friend for your contribution. :)

3. Teng, don't be despair, just keep polishing your trading skill. One of this day, you will be like hng, a good trader in making. You are already an experience trader cum investor, what you need to do is to sharpen the saw to make it more "perfect" and one important factor when trading with stock market is that you must have enough bullet to sustain your trading else it will be very hard in engaging a long battle. This is undeniable true when dealing with stock market, one needs to be reasonably "fat" to engage long haul armageddon in stock market else when tide goes against you, you will feel disappointed and give up easily. Never mind about one and two wrong trades, so long as winning more than losing. Good luck friend. !!

My favorite quote "LAUGHING ALL THE WAY TO THE BANK" !!!!

Many thanks for your compliment. But, there are many more thing to be done, learning to trade in stock market is continue process, no one can master stock movement. Top down approach is my strategy; Keeping up with ever changing global and local development and zoom down to each listing company to search for stock worth investing based on their fundamental, complement by technical analysis.

What do you mean by top down approach? You mean average down?

alwayswin111

Top down approach mean, assess global/local economic prospect, business nature of listed company first, follow by select potential company with promising fundamental like EPS, cash flow, dividend yield, corporate exercise like right, bonus etc and technical analysis for stock support/resistance/breakout.

Hng
Thanks for enlightening me. That means you only play fundamentally sound stocks right.?
Actually I am also semi retired like Teng.
I rely mainly on technical analysis and current news on my stock selection.

By the way , what do you think of KPSCB at this level. I am thinking of picking some at 0.39

While I consider technical analysis,I depend more on fundamental analysis.Sometimes overbought or oversold has its reasons.

I am not a good trader but consider myself average investor.Almost all long term stocks I keep is giving decent returns ( at least better than fixed deposit)

Sold off remaining OSK at 1.50, realize contra loss. I think OSK may at risk to enter PN17 after sold its Investment bank.

Bought Muiprop at 14sen

Teng said...

Hng

If I am right,RHB is only buying asset of OSK.Thus possibility of OSK Holding fall into PN17 ( or PNxx for company without core business.I think PN17 is for company with financial problem). OSK can either distribute part/all of cash to shareholder,or buying new business.PacificMas is one good example

Bought Bolton at 77sen

OSK is selling its investment bank, but retain some oversea business, like commercial bank in Cambodia. In addition, OSK still hold its HQ in Jalan Ampang and the vacant land beside these building may due to develop into new office building, which OSK may intend to use its proceed cash from RHB to fund cost to build up and derived recurring rental income once completed.

Teng

As mention earlier, OSK may retain its fund from RHB to build up new office tower which together with its exiting office tower could become way of 'core business' in future, deriving recurring income.

Thus, OSK unlikely to distribute through special cash dividend to shareholder. In addition, OSK in future may opt for RHB share dividend reinvestment plan in order to retain its 10% stake from being diluted if opt for cash dividend. It may then trim OSK dividend payout ability to its shareholder in future.

Announcement by Tambun for its son to be listed warrant. Exercise price is 60 cents? I thought is 50 cents.

The exercise price of Tambun warrant at 60sen already make know a day before the right entitlement date. Based on current price at 53sen, and attached minimum premium of 50% for its first day trading, Tambun-WA may have intrinsic value of 19sen.

This is at discount to recent listed Ivory-WA, which trade at 80% premium based on their exercise price at 75sen, Ivory at 50sen and Ivory-WA at 16sen
