The main highlight will be its 60% earning contributor, YTLP. Its Yes/bestarinet turnaround or narrow loss will be catalyst

Portfolio also have on last week friday, bought WCT-WC at 36.5sen. Safer to buy WC rather than WB, still have more than 3 year life till 2016 and trade at premium less than 8%, enough to cover risk.

WCT is expect to record valuation surplus for its newly open Paradigm mall in Q4

Was at Paradigm Mall before CNY. Their service apartment at Iskandar selling well. Two blocks almost 100% sold, third block open for sales. RM600psf. I think whole project is called Medina ??

WCT is launching its second phase project in Medini called Medini Signature catering for high-end and larger luxury condominium.

RM600 psf price is quite high. I was told whole Iskandar still quite deserted esp at night.Cyberjaya is now >10years since launched, but still not too many people staying there.

I'm now in JB, monitoring my new Semi-D renovation work.

I agreed with you, Iskandar still to need more FDI especially from Singapore to execrate development. Many new development still in early stage especially area around second link, but with upcoming sport city in Gerbang Iskandar and industrial park, It will offer more job opportunity and attract permanently residence to stay on that area, instead of relying current trend that Singaporean buy properties just for week end stay.

I'm actually in the midst to plan to venture into real business in JB to seek additional source of income on top of exiting stock investing. Any one have good idea what kind of business is more viable and have good potential to share ?

Want to business in Jb ? My suggestion is transport and food business good idea. Transport from housing area to custom is good business.
