Scalp Trades Dated 18/1/2012

1. Scap traded the following today :-











2. Bought in UOADEV again at RM1.49 today, will buy in more if dip further tomorrow.

3. Sold my Citigroup yesterday at USD29.11, gotten it at USD23.80. Citigroup just release it result yesterday, profit drop by 11%. :( So, decide to temporary gotten rid of this, would likely to grab it back if price fall back to attractive level.

4. Tonight Dow Jones should continue it uptrend momentum. I hope this will bring more sustainable force to KLCI tomorrow.

Followed you on PAVREIT. Made some money. As for Uoadev, I think it is consolidating these few days,, maybe I will buy after CNY.
By the way has Hng started his blog. Would also like to visit his blog too.

Wow Horse, UOADEV up to 1.52. High 1.55. You got another big angpao for cny. I didn't manage to get it at 1.49. Sigh~~~ I also can't get PAVREIT at 1.04. Sigh~~~~~

For uoadev, just buy anything below 1.50. :)

There are 2 reason i call to buy uoadev. Judging for it EPS, I am hoping for it 'maiden'.....lets hope it come through.

Hi Horse

Since you trade quite a lot of Reits,like to get your opinion on Tower Reits. I bought 2009-2010 at 110-115 cts. TWR reit annouced result yesterday and declare 5.7cts div ( total 10.85 for whole FY).While DY is attractive,I worry about over supply of Office space in Klang Valley. At current price of RM1.30,is it time to sell ( or switch to another Reits)

If DY is still intact and attarctive why is there a concern....just keep continue collecting your div till one day you don't think of selling anymore. :)
1.10 is a good price though. When the reason of buying is no longer there (div) then only think of selling.
