2. PAVREIT just declared a 0.44sen dividend. EPS for 1Q only contribute 0.41sen. :( Not impressive at all. Quite skeptical about its upside ? Really doubt on it future earnings as well. Say 0.41 X 4 = 1.64sen overall estimated EPS which is very low indeed. :( Even giving out 100% payout, that would mean about 1.49% DY. Can't even beat FD. :( Hope for a better coming Q...... :(
3. Some consolation here on GSP & Golden Agri. :) On the uptrend and slowly creeping up. :)

Didn't see Hng write in this blog for some time. Did he start his own blog?
I sold mine but it went up. :(
Just think that the dividend declared is so pathetic.. :(
Long time no hear from hng as well, i am not sure whether he has started his blog ? Hope he can drop by and inform us his whereabout.
