4. Teng, YTLpower should be worth keeping in the long run though the owner is selling. :( Thus, i am keeping YTLpowr-WB and keep trading if it drifting lower. :(

5. MudaJaya just declared 2.5sen dividend. :)

6. Just test driven the Proton Preve yesterday. To my surprise the car is so sluggish and very poor response when trying to start moving from the standstill condition, after when it picking up then only i feel the power kicks in. It is quite lag in the initial start, not sure it is due to CVT transmission ? The model that i tested is premium that come with turbocharge. The power is okay while driving in high speed like 140km/h, consider powerful in it class of 1.6cc but the engine sound funny and noisy though when i revved the accelerator. Handling is good, spacious no problem with headroom and legroom.

Bought AMFIRST

2. Try sell UOAREIT at RM1.40 but not done.

3. Greenleaf, if you bought reasonably big enough on AMFIRST, can park sell at RM1.21, scalp with it with small profit and repeat again. :) Good Luck.

Bought UOAREIT & DIY Maid Passport Renewal

1. Sold my MudaJaya at RM2.57 for the batch gotten at RM2.54. :) Will buy back if drift lower.

2. Bought UOAREIT at RM1.37. :) Hope to get rid of it by tomorrow. :)

3. hng, i too have recently busy with maid stuff. My maid's passport expiring and needed to get an extension and renew work permit. I approached agent but the charges is ridiculously high, renew passport, work permit and insurance all in at the rate of RM1350.00. I decide to DIY, so taken 1 day leave to be part time agent. ha ha ha.... This is how it work out. I wake up at 6:30am together with maid started my journey to Indonesia Embassy. Reach there around 8:30am but it is already a huge crowd there to my surprise (more than thousand in number). Get my car parked at the building next to Indonesia Embassy. I did a big mistake went i step in to Indonesia Embassy, hope whoever want to DIY your own should not repeat the same mistake i make. I went straight to breakfast together with my maid right at the 1st floor behind the Embassy building. I should not do so, instead should get the maid to queue up to get the ticket first, because, the earlier you get the faster you finished. I spent whole day right from 8:30am to 6pm........gosh... getting mad. Make sure you bring something there to kill time. In summary here what you should do :-

Passport renewal at Indonesia Embassy

First get the insurance for maid.
- insurance coverage a must (wef 1/1/2011)
- insurance can be bought at any Post Office (cheapest package RM60/year)

For those who intend to DIY passport renewal, documents required are as follow:
(1) photostat copy of maid passport (1x)
(2) photostat copy of owner IC (2x)
(3) perjanjian kontrak kerja (3x) (can get from counter 20 in the Embassy)
(4) maid and owner need to go together (representative allowed with authorise letter)
(5) photocopy of proof of insurance - receipt/covernote (1x)

Total Cost of DIY Passport (RM90)
(1) Parking - RM12
(2) Passport - RM18
(3) Insurance - RM60

Work Permit renewal is at Malaysia Immigration. Total cost is (RM495) + Parking RM2 = RM497

Overall amount spend for a maid passport = 90 + 497 = RM587

Comparing employing an agent, the total cost that i save is = 1350 - 587 = RM763 !!!!!!

I think worth a TRY !!! Good LUCK !!

4. My current shares vs cash is in the ratio of 75% : 25%. Still have about 25% fund to go round shopping before taking a halt. But the immediate worry would be the gathering of bersih 3.0 this Saturday. Let's hope it will no impact much on stock market. :)

2. Bought in CMMT at RM1.37 and sold back at RM1.38. Make a cent. :)

3. Bought back YTLPOWR-WB at RM0.59, it was done in last minute where i placed higher by a bid at RM0.595 and it matched at RM0.59. :)

4. Bought more MUDAJYA at RM2.63. :) Yes Teng, it is due to the coal supply issue by the Coal India Ltd company that send Mudajya price down. I think it is a good opportunity to buy in as the local operations still fundamentally sound. It is this kind of negative news that we got the chance to buy in cheap else there will be no  opportunity at all. The India Government and CIL will find way to resolve this as this already become national concern and its dealing with multiple power producers other than Mudajya. Some how share investors are over reacting on this issue and extremely sensitive whenever there is problem cropped up in any case. In stock it is normal and it has to be in such form that cause the price going up and down. I believe this is only a temporary set back, this create opportunity for us to go in. :) WB's Greedy while everyone is fearful. Somehow this quot has certain truth there. Will continue to buy in more on weakness. Good Luck.

1. Sold my PAVREIT at RM1.16. :)

2. Bought more MudaJaya at RM2.72 but it went down further. :( Looks like it is now in deep of the over sold position, anytime should have technical rebound from current price.

3. UOADEV started to move and chalk up 5sen today. It should breach RM1.60 in near term. :) Still holding bulk of it waiting for further rise. :)

Bought PAVREIT

1. Bought in PAVREIT at RM1.15.

2. Sold YTLPOWR-WB at RM0.63.

3. UOADEV is very steady at RM1.51. EPF is buying back and AGM is on the 29/5/2012. I think most likely will trading upward from here. :) Good Luck All. :)

Test Drive Hyundai Elantra

1. Today bought in more MudaJaya at RM2.76 but only partially matched. :( Will continue to buy in more when it dip further.

2. That day, went to Hyundai Car Dealer, test drive the New Elantra 1.8. First look at the car from outside is very appealing. Like it very much, the only set back is the back seat where the design of the car is curving downward that causes the head room to be a bit narrow. :( There is vast different between Elantra 1.6 HS and 1.8 especially the front dash board. 1.8 has all the gadget in there as compare to 1.6. Very sporty look and handling is extremely smooth while test driving. I would advise to go all the way out to get 1.8 if one is tempting to get this beauty but all these still boil down to pricing. 1.8 cost at RM111,888 not cheap though. :( With this price, this make me think twice. :(

3. Another new car launching on 16/4/2012. Yes, it is new Proton called "Preve". Wow !! so many new cars coming a long the way. Hope to get a test drive when it launched. :)

Bought MUDAJYA

3. Bought in Mudajya at RM2.80. Hope to get a quick profit on this as you can see it is always yo-yo at this range from RM2.80 to RM3.00. Strategy is to buy in batches when it dip further, always remember to break you money into few batches, so that you can average down and scalp play along when it rebound. :) Good Luck.

Sold YTLPOWR-WB

1. Sold my YTLPOWR-WB at RM0.61, bought it back at RM0.60 but only matched partially. :( Nevertheless still make some contra gain from this trade.

2. Saw an announcement for UOADEV today, EPF is starting to acquire back this counter. At least it is a positive move and good news for us. Price should be sustainable and 10sen dividend would be a good catalyst to drive for a higher demand especially when the impending AGM is drawing nearer. Let's hope for the best. :)

3. At the moment just scalping ytlpowr-wb and uoadev would have given me good profit. Good Luck all. :)

Sold some UOADEV at RM1.50. :) Will try buy back if it fall back. :) Saw there is an announcement for UOADEV today, they propose dividend reinvestment scheme, have not read in detail as yet not sure it is the same like MAYBANK where they allow shareholders to choose either cash or shares. I presume if such announcement would mean the proposed of 10sen dividend is going to approve in the coming AGM.....

3. Sold SUNREIT at RM1.24, make 1 sen. :)

Bought In More YTLPOWR-WB

1. Bought in more YTLPOWR-WB at 0.59 at last minute.

2. Sold more UOADEV at 1.49 and thought of cancelling the buy back at 1.46 but did not manage to cancel at last minute, gotten it matched with intra-day contra profit. Making 3sen profit after all, not too bad at all.

3. Overall market sell down, not sure it will continue to push down tomorrow. I do hope rebound for tomorrow,  nevertheless can't predict the future. It very much depend on overall market sentiment and confident level. Let's hope for a better tomorrow & GOOD LUCK.!!

1. Sold my Keladi at 0.19sen, loss half sen. :( Profit drop and only proposed 0.5sen dividend. :(

2. Sold some of my UOADEV too early at 1.43 with small profit, still keeping bulk of it. :)

3. YTLPOWR-WB, this is the counter that i mentioned earlier. Today managed to buy in at an average price of 0.6075sen. Will try to buy more if it dip further. This counter consider a small "bluechip" counter. Trading with negative premium and has a long expiry date in year 2018. With solid mother share and trading with discount is definitely an attractive company warrant to acquire. Can convert to mother share anytime with an exercise price of 1.21. Currently trading almost year low, i would suggest to buy in now as chances of making money is very high about 90%. Good Luck.
