Bought Timecom at 3.88-3.89, MBSB at 2.66-2.68
HngWelcome backMBSB-Pre CNY gathering, one of my friend advised me to buy MSBS. Target of privatisation and also impressive loan/profit growth. It was around 2.30 that time
TengStill no too late to buyin at current level. MBSB share still trade cum dividend of 27sen to be declare by end of these month, more than 10% dividend yield.MBSB is in the midst to have major corporate exercise due to announce soon, possibly scenario could be either one of the below 1. Take over by EPF and later injected into RHB for expansion2. Fund raising via right issue to further enlarge group itself3. Dividend reinvestment share option plan to conserve capital
Timecom is also attractive, due to declare dividend in species of DIGI share. 6 DIGI share for every 25 Timecom share, translate to attractive 27% gain. It is only half of DIGI stake held by Timecom, it could possible another round of 6 for 25 in future if timecom opt to distribute all its remaining stake in DIGI later.
As renovation work is at tailing end, probably complete by end of these month, i will be able to spend more time in stock market now :)
HngI remember Timecom already distributed DIgi share to its shareholder( before Digi share split). This is another distribution?
TengPlease refer to bursa announcement on 7 Dec 2012 and latest high court granted approval on 18 Mar 2013
HngI might be wrong.Think Timecom dispose some Digi share to pare down debts. This distribution of Digi share maybe first distribution
